This place just needs shut down. Drove all the way home to find out my $6 caliente cantina chicken burrito had zero chicken in it. Had to drive back just to deal with rude employees who had to look in the burrito to prove it. The one they remade wasn't much better.

Waited 7 minutes with only 1 person in front of me to order. They forgot my chips too. Double bad experience leads me to not coming back to this location because it wasn't worth paying for. Lost a customer. Please upgrade your management or get new management.

They were perfectly nice and the food was hot, but we didn't get the two cantina burritos we ordered. Instead we got these two roll up things that weren't that great.

Ordered ahead, was ready when I got there. I noticed two employees sitting in seating area which is fine when slow but under tables the floor was dirty and bathrooms should be cleaned

I ordered food through the drive thru and the woman taking my order was extremely rude. She also told me I’d have an eight minute wait as I was ordering. I spent $31, and when I received my food (in less than 2 minutes by the way) my order was completely wrong. I was missing a 5 piece nugget and a crunch wrap meal. I went inside to get it fixed and was met with nothing but rudeness. The one sweet employee told me she knew my order and that I was right. The lady who took my order proceeded to argue with me and refused to fix my order. What she claims I ordered doesn’t even add up to $31 and she would not give me a receipt. I will not be returning to this location ever again. $31 is an insane amount on fast food for my order to be wrong and no one wanting to fix it. Taco Bell, hire better.

Wouldn't recommend ordering breakfast early in the morning or food befor 1000am they tell you any time befor that were not taking orders rn you can come back and pick it up when it says to be ready at 956am. So I canceled the order.

NEVER go here at night. Day shift is great (a little slow but friendly and accurate) but night shift sucks. Last three times I've been here at night I sat in the drive thru just waiting to order for 15 minutes. On top of that the food is either cold or wrong, this time it was both. They either need more staff or staff needs retrained
