Absolutely awful! I typically dont do reviews i am just in wow! I've gone to this location for years and it has gone down hill, from cold nasty food, to no sauce, nor assistants (not even maybe contact the app) just wouldn't correct the difference in what was paid for vs what they ran out of..... 1 star was just mandatory 🤢

I normally go to the Mount Vernon Taco Bell which is usually good but I decided to go to Delaware avenue talk about Taco Bell my nuggets were either burnt or very old they were so hard I couldn't even eat them and one of the times I was only seven nuggets in them and three soft tacos that were ice cold and to top it all off I was pulled and waited 15 minutes for this food and there was no one in line
Horrible service 37 min wait for $19 order in the dining area. Trash all over the floor, rubber gloves from the workers all over the dining area floor, two tables with the benches were being used by the workers purses, clothes, and their drinks and food. Food Hodge podged together and was spilling out of the wraps.

This place just needs shut down. Drove all the way home to find out my $6 caliente cantina chicken burrito had zero chicken in it. Had to drive back just to deal with rude employees who had to look in the burrito to prove it. The one they remade wasn't much better.
