Ordered the new 10 piece nuggets.. when asked what sauce, I stated I'd like to try all three. 2 come with the 10 piece .. so I was charged 25 cents for the third. What I got was 2 bell sauce. 2 of exact same sauce. They charged me 25 cents and didn't include a 3rd sauce. Was looking forward to trying something new, as it got rave reviews, but this made the entire experience disappointing.. Taco Bell limited time nuggets, with a bonus of ripping people off 25 cents at a time..

A family member and I were recently in Taco Bell to order some food, and the nicest, amiable lady, Kathy, was in there faithfully cleaning. She also helped us figure-out some menu questions. Conversing with her was like talking to family you've known forever. That's the way customer service OUGHT to be. Really enjoyed this employee. I think I would go to this location again...... as long as Miss Kathy is there, of course! FIVE STARS for Kathy.

Many times we have gone here and found our order wrong from empty shells to missing parts of the order just now 10/16 we are missing tacos that were part of a party pack how do you miscount something that is always the same number then they say you should waste gas coming back to fix their mistakes but if you don't they'll say to much time has passed and they can't do anything

10/11/2024 afternoon. Best Crunchwrap ever! Finally someone knows how to fill the wrap! This is my usual order ever time I go to the bell. I have to substitute the melted cheese for shredded cheese, because the melted cheese is too spicy. This wrap was excellent and filling. Thank you!!!

I'm dissapointed and exhausted. The amount of times my order has been messed up put me off enough. But your workers inability to not only ring up food the right was aswell as make it the right way, combined with the general rude or unpleasant manner in which workers speak to customers. Ive trued to be nice and say please too many times or try to let them be slow in the hope they might attempt to make my food properly. Iy only figures that they don't understand fresh fries should be served with old cheese that looks like it could have spit in it. Taco bell management has disgusted me and I can't return in fear of my food being tampered with.(ONLY TACOBELL) Ridiculous I even have to fear that possibility.
