We just made an online order, got 3 of the boxes. The food was cold, one of the burritos had old cheese inside. The chalupas were cold, stale and gross. Extremely disappointed.

Rude smart mouth staff waited 30 minutes on our food just to find out it was swiped off the order list and when I asked about it the person working started getting g very rude with me until I said I will be calling corporate about this then and only then I got to speak with a rude manager wish I could leave 0 stars but kinda can't this place truly is worthless and a complete waist of time and I ended up being late for work because of this

Ordered the new 10 piece nuggets.. when asked what sauce, I stated I'd like to try all three. 2 come with the 10 piece .. so I was charged 25 cents for the third. What I got was 2 bell sauce. 2 of exact same sauce. They charged me 25 cents and didn't include a 3rd sauce. Was looking forward to trying something new, as it got rave reviews, but this made the entire experience disappointing.. Taco Bell limited time nuggets, with a bonus of ripping people off 25 cents at a time..
A family member and I were recently in Taco Bell to order some food, and the nicest, amiable lady, Kathy, was in there faithfully cleaning. She also helped us figure-out some menu questions. Conversing with her was like talking to family you've known forever. That's the way customer service OUGHT to be. Really enjoyed this employee. I think I would go to this location again...... as long as Miss Kathy is there, of course! FIVE STARS for Kathy.
