Was ordering in the lobby extremely unprofessional staff, heard them talking about an order they messed up and said they werent fixing it and theyre getting what they get also food is left all over tables in lobby nothing is restocked

Fast, friendly service and my double stacked taco & cheesy bean and rice burrito were both hot and fresh. They always make my order right and I drive an extra 5-8 mins. to go to this location specifically because I believe it’s the best Taco Bell in Marion. The outside eating area with tables needs updated, the food is usually fast.
We just made an online order, got 3 of the boxes. The food was cold, one of the burritos had old cheese inside. The chalupas were cold, stale and gross. Extremely disappointed.

Rude smart mouth staff waited 30 minutes on our food just to find out it was swiped off the order list and when I asked about it the person working started getting g very rude with me until I said I will be calling corporate about this then and only then I got to speak with a rude manager wish I could leave 0 stars but kinda can't this place truly is worthless and a complete waist of time and I ended up being late for work because of this
