I’ve made stopping here after my daily morning workouts basically my small little treat ritual. An iced coffee and a donut but it’s also the friendly and quick service whether it be walking in or drive thru. And a huge shout out to Sherry for always being a cheerful voice and personality to be greeted by. She definitely makes the experience a 10/10 just with that amazing attitude every morning (especially being first thing in the morning lol).

I god a couple dozen doughnuts. The kind I wanted they didn’t have enough of I was told. The doughnuts were good but wish I could have got what I wanted to get.

One of the busiest Tim Horton's I've ever gone too. Drive-thru out to the road. Probably speaks to how good of a Tim's they are. Once I ordered, pretty quick to get my coffee and snack wrap.

A BIG thank you to the team at this location! Our high school basketball team's charter bus broke down on US23 just north of Marion this past Saturday and they were stranded for 4 hours. The 30 kids and coaches were cold and hungry. We happened to have driven separately and called ahead to Tim Horton's for hot chocolate and donuts. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager was understanding and gave us a discount to help with the unexpected expense. They crew got everything ready quickly and provided extra cups and napkins to be sure we had enough. The kids were so happy to have a warm drink and treat. Thank you!!

I was visiting from out of town and chose to stop here with family for breakfast. We forgot to ask for orange juice at the window and was told we had to go inside to get it instead of allowing for us to pay at the window. As instructed, I went inside. As I go inside, I can already hear whom at the time I presumed was the manager on duty berating an employee right behind the desk. She wasn’t speaking normal tone but more yelling. I go up to the counter, everyone looked at me but not one single person acknowledged me. The young lady working the food was using foul language. Again, easily waited 3-5 minutes while I still continued to hear the manager yelling at what looked like an upset employee who just came in and the rest of the staff just disregarding me. I finally decided to ask for management and of course, it was the loud mouth. Service sucked and atmosphere is unprofessional, negative and something I wouldn’t want to return to.

They auto decline doordashes. No idea if they’re going to be on DoorDash if they just are going to automatically decline EVERY order. In the way past when I was able to order they’d just throw donuts with frosting at the bottom and then the donut would have no more frosting after being thrown upside down or other donuts stacked on top.

Giving two stars only because when it's actually done correctly, it's decent. However, I don't trust this place to be decent consistently.
The number of times that there has been a layer of coffee grounds in my iced coffee at this location alone is absurd. I can understand one or two occasionally, but this is ridiculous considering the drink is over $4 and the fact that coffee is like, your main thing. Put a filter on your nozzles at the very least. Not to mention that they added sweetener when I didn't ask for it and didn't add hazelnut when I did ask for that. I would have had them remake it if I had time. Quality control does not appear to be a priority.

Food is good, service is terrible. I always have to repeat my order and lack of customer service at the window. Window workers shove products out the window without and thank you or anything.

With the price of an extra large now at $2.20, you would think you would get a full cup of coffee. Looks like I was about 50 cents short.
Added 10/05/24: They generally do a good job, are friendly, and attentive. On occasion there is a small issue, but they try to fix it for you. Today, I just didn't have time. Tim Horton's, please core your tomatoes. No one wants this on their sandwich.

Manager cam works hard to make everything run smoothly. Place is cheaper than star bucks and just as good! They're actually faster too! Only request that Tim bits bring back jelly filled ones! Iced caps are fantastic! Wish it was open all night again too!
