The food is always cold or just slopped together. Fries are always old tasting and cold. Today everything just went in the trash because it was horrible ! Frosty's were runny and not how they should be and for the price you pay for food this is unacceptable. Heck, McDonald's outshine you and thats not a good thing!

Just went thru the drive through and the fries were cold and hard, burgers was not hardly warm. I think they need to check the food temps before serving any of it out. Drive thru employee was sweet but the food was less desirable due to it being cold

Asked for plain sandwich came with everything. Took it back they wiped the stuff off and gave it back with sauces still all over the wrapper and bun. I hate wendys.

I came through today, a hot mess. Hair falling out the bun, drool on my clothes, I’m a stay at home mom & was a severely hangry & overstimulated one at that. Not only did I get the nicest red haired lady at the drive through window, but the freshest fries ever. French fries are my favorite & usually the thing most slept on thing in the bag, but these hit so good & made this mamas day.

Like this location. It's fairly smaller than others, but inviting. Still can't go wrong with a $5 Biggie Bag, even if the hamburger seems to be shrinking in size.

Ordered a baconator and got a cheap crispy chicken and the manager won't help but be like welpp my bad, highly unrecommended unless you want a bad experience.

Gave our door dash order to wrong person. Our fabulous dasher Kim called me regarding order and while trying to get store to make it right I overheard the manager literally yelling at my dasher over 2 frosties. Extremely unprofessional and complaint will be filed with corporate office.
