We're Rolling Pretzel Co

I bought a soft pretzel from there for the first time just a few minutes ago. I am almost 50yrs old. I've had a lot of soft pretzels throughout my life because they're one of my favorite treats. There hasn't been a single one I haven't liked, until now. This pretzel was DISGUSTING and greasy??? I have no clue how or why a soft pretzel has my hands and lips looking like I just ate fried chicken but it does. It tastes like Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls but in a gross way. The cheese is also gross. I have no clue how this place is still in business.

Only giving a 2 star because the guy at the counter was very nice! My pretzels on the other hand were not good at all. Hard, probably sitting all day and just gross. I noticed the cup for the pretzels got a lot smaller too, but the price didn’t change? So paying the same price for a much smaller cup of pretzels. Doesn’t make much sense to me.

They need to pay their employees without having every paycheck bounce. my grand daughter has had almost every paycheck bounce then have to wait for it to be corrected. She's still waiting for her bounced paycheck since 7/22/24 that was promised to be made right. It's been a month!!!!!!

The team that was there today at 2:15 was awesome! They were very friendly, had a smile even though it was busy and gave great sauce recommendations! The pretzels were fresh and top notch. Great job!

Had to stop for pretzels because I love pretzels. The service was nice and the pretzels were Awesome! Very soft! Bought a large pretzel, 2 pretzel bits, 4 hot dogs wrapped in pretzel, tons of cheese all for less than $18.

This place has always looked great, but never stop by because it seems I never have time. Finally stopped by and extremely disappointed! Poor customer service, cold pretzels, and a little pricey

This company has slowly been declining. Went to the alliance Walmart today the worker did not wear her mask over her face at all and the pretzels were stale. The cream cheese is no longer warm. It seems to me everytime I go there there has been another corner cut to try and save money. While I understand covid has been destroying businesses this has been going on for the last couple years that I’ve been going there. I really hope for a turn around.

Horrible customer service. I don't remember the lady's name but she was rude. She started taking my order and then she turned to the person behind me to take his order and then finished my order and because she did that, she didn't have any pretzels left so my son wasn't able to get what he wanted. And she kept messing up my order. She yelled at my son. And then when all was said and done, she finally told me that the credit was down and she could only take cash. By that time my food was cold. Thank God my mom was with me so she could pay for me. And this used to be my favorite spot

Fresh product. I got pretzel bites with cream cheese. The cheese was fresh and hot. The pretzels soft and tasty. Employees warm and friendly. I will be back!

The chick with the whack ass nose ring was very rude and I'm sure the food is bomb af but I couldn't even try it cause she sucks at her job and is a b****
