“I absolutely love how nice and polite we are treated, We order through the app and pick it up. Especially the last couple of months! Our food is ready and always waiting when we walk through the door! Our orders are almost always perfect this way. The drive-through seems extremely busy every time I go to or drive by. Wendys is definitely one of our favorites. My husband and son love to eat their breakfast, lunch, and dinner when we can. I am not a breakfast person, not including coffee or iced coffees. However, I love their lunch and dinner menu.“

“I picked up a dash order today and the Manager was super helpful and put the order togetherquickly! Staff Member/CSR "Evelyn" is also very sweet and helpful! She's definitely great and I thought she deserved a little applause..Everytime I've picked up from here the service has been outstanding.lately The crew definitely have their stuff together!! 💯 Amazing people have really helped.this location a lot!!

“I took my family of four there after a friend recommended. Usually, when we go out to dinner at least one meal isn’t that good. I was amazed that everything was absolutely amazing. The steakhouse burger I ordered was hands down the best burger I’ve ever eaten. The poutine was great, the pretzel sticks with beer cheese was sublime. My wife and 17 year old daughter ordered chicken sandwiches and they raised the bar on chicken sandwiches. The salad was great. My younger daughter (picky eater) ordered a pizza from The 304 Wood Fired Pizza, it was the best pizza I’ve had in the Ohio Valley. In conclusion, this place is one of the best restaurants, if not the best restaurant in Wheeling. Definitely going to be a regular there. I’d have to give it a 15 out of 10 rating.“

“Food was delicious and served fast. Waitress was good but there was only one and the poor hostess had to help her out. Had to wait awhile for drink refills and to have someone pick up our check. Need more wait staff!!! One waitress and the hostess isn't enough!“

“I’ve been there a number of times, and it’s always solid. Their wings are cooked so well… juiciest freshest wings I’ve had. Tonight was Steak Night and you can’t beat $11 for a steak, potato, and salad. The staff are friendly and attentive. Food came out surprisingly fast. I don’t go here as often as I should!“

“Me and my girlfriend were trying to find a place to eat we’re from out of town and saw this spot and chose it. The bartender instantly greeted us and asked if we needed menus or a drink. The food was a good price and the drinks were also cheap. The service was quick and great and the other customers were also very nice asking us how we liked it and where we were from will 100% be going back next time we visit. The bartender was also very appreciative of the tip I left which you don’t see often.“

“For the first time ever we didn't have to wait on food in the drive thru. The gentleman was well spoken and easy to understand as well as knowledgeable of the menu and suggestive for replacements but not overly so. They were quick but we didn't feel rushed and personable as he greeted us at the window. They even gave us an extra shake which was super cool given I spend over 200 a month there and never got even a fry for free. So that was cool. It usually sucks at any BK location but tonight they were great!! Good job crew!“

“I live nearby and use the drive through often. The have the BEST UNSWEETENED TEA.
My fries are cooked to a crispy perfection and the Dave's single is always made well. I have never had a bad experience at the Benwood location. I'm not a fan of the dining atmosphere but at least it is clean. I liked the old dining room before it was renovated.
Every worker has been polite and attentive.“

“I've been inside and through the drive-thru of both Wendy's restaurants at the Highlands and in Elm Grove West Virginia and both have great atmosphere and customer service and their food quality has always remained consistent which is excellent.“
