In a 3 day time period I went here twice and got a number 3 ADD BACON and got home with no bacon! So that's 4.58$ I was charged and did not get the product! I don't understand how the service is so slow but they can't remember some bacon!

Put in a mobile order and waited for a bit to pick it up(8mins) still had to wait 6mins before walking in just to be told they forgot to even cook one of the items. The fries are always trash(greasy/floppy with no seasoning at all) the owner must not care at all with how this place is operated.

I went to drive through and ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon did not get no bacon on it ordered a big Mac diamond mill there was so much big Mac sauce on it I could barely eat it after waiting for 15 to 20 minutes in the driveway line

I sat in a long double line to get an iced coffee for more than 10 minutes just to be told they are not doing iced coffees. Should have some sort of notification so customers can see it before waiting so long. Also this is not the first time this has happened at this McDonald's. Service here is terrible and food is not as good as other McDonald's.
I picked up a dash order today and the Manager was super helpful and put the order togetherquickly! Staff Member/CSR "Evelyn" is also very sweet and helpful! She's definitely great and I thought she deserved a little applause..Everytime I've picked up from here the service has been outstanding.lately The crew definitely have their stuff together!! 💯 Amazing people have really helped.this location a lot!!

At first they didn't acknowledge me in the outer drive thru lane while 4 drivers in the inside lane zipped through. Young women working the drive thru extremely rude, Especially a slender, dark complexioned one with a curly hair bun, early 20s. They made an error in my drink size and I told her they made a mistake and she replied "you don't have to be rude" and I told her I wasn't being rude, I was stating they entered it wrong, and she just slammed the window closed.

Ended up Doordashing from Martins Ferry McDonalds the new collectors meal. When it arrived, the fries were overly salty and soggy. Most importantly, they didn't even give me my collectors cup that i paid for extra as the meal. If I knew i wasn't going to get the cup I would've just bought a regular Big Mac meal and saved money. Not the first time Martins Ferry McDonalds has forgotten an item in my meal. If you want the cup you are better off getting it from another McDonalds because I highly doubt Martins Ferry will remember to give it to you.

We ordered our meal at kiosk, food was ready pretty quickly. But server was so busy with other orders, forgot to provide cups for our drinks(they were quite busy)..restaurant was clean and surprisingly quiet with all the activity.
