Every single night about 11:15 when I stop here at this McDonalds after work I have attempted to get a Shamrock shake since they came back out on March 1st. For the last 8 or 9 nights they have told me that their ice cream machine is broken including tonight. So i told the lady handing me my food rhat ive tried getting a shamrock shake every single night and asked what the deal is. She said she isn't suppose to tell me this but the ice cream machine gets shut down at 11 and they just don't want to clean it again because she said that would take too long after the store closes. Unbelievable. So they have been lying to me. How else am I suppose to get a Shamrock shake when McDonalds is 30 minutes from home and this is the closest one and I work from 5am - 11pm 6 days a week.

I'm visiting the area and wanted to try out their fries basket and 20-nuggets deal. There were some errors with the app and it tried to cancel my order when I swapped to do a over the counter pick up rather than drive thru and they went ahead and made the order. Though I did not receive the fries and was told due to them supposedly running out and they hadn't offered any substitutes to cover up for it which is why Im leaving this negative review. The kitchen is a mess and I can see some of the staff didn't look to care too much about correcting these errors.

We used to be pushed to a higher standard as Terry's employees. It's unfortunate to see how ignorant and backwards this McDonald's was after not being around for so many years. Ordering that food and getting it fixed and adding it again at the window, and slowly repeating myself over and over to the back window person. We pull around and she's the manager. Ugh. Best of luck with your new trajectory, Martin's Ferry Mcdonalds.
In a 3 day time period I went here twice and got a number 3 ADD BACON and got home with no bacon! So that's 4.58$ I was charged and did not get the product! I don't understand how the service is so slow but they can't remember some bacon!

Put in a mobile order and waited for a bit to pick it up(8mins) still had to wait 6mins before walking in just to be told they forgot to even cook one of the items. The fries are always trash(greasy/floppy with no seasoning at all) the owner must not care at all with how this place is operated.
