Never in my LIFE have I purchased something and thrown it away after a few large bites. General Tsos was tasteless and greasy. Fried rice was oily.

It was hot, though. I'll give them that. And cheap.

The place could use a deep clean. The kitchen was a wreck. Would not recommend.

Got this as a delivery order! Not big on spicy food so I tend to order bland things! Two bites into the veggie spring roll and my mouth was on fire! When I found the first dime sized piece of egg shell in my chicken lo mein I thought accidents happen! No big deal! After the fourth piece(same size) I was done! So there is about $15-$20 in the trash!

When you call to order your food, they don’t tell you that they don’t take card payments. Super frustrating.

Every dish from New Hong Kong is incredibly authentic and delicious. This is my family and I's favorite restaurant. The price is great too! When you order different amount of food they throw in free items like crab ragoons or won tons. We seriously can't get enough of them. They are better than Pittsburgh, Houston, La or any Chinese/Cantonese place anywhere.

This place is as appealing as my neighbors basement. Food was fair and I'll try again, but I will be overly cautious about what I order. I suspect much of this food is not very fresh. They only accept cash.

I’m very picky when it comes to Chinese restaurants as an AAPI (Female, Asian American). My husband (Male Caucasian) showed me this place and we took the chance and I’m so happy we did.Wheeling is truly lucky for having this restaurant in their town. With the husband and wife duo cooking truly authentic chinese meals. We ordered chicken lo mein, chicken fried rice, egg drop soup, chicken noodle soup and a side of white rice. Can’t tell you how all the good memories from tasting the food brought me. (Scene from Ratatouille when Ego eats the ratatouille and travels back to his childhood.) Everything is made to order, there were no shortcuts. We will come back again and again. Hoping they never go out of business. Please note they do not have a credit card machine. This is Cash only. There is a Huntington Bank ATM across the street though. Closed on Mondays. Slight language barrier but not bad to where you cannot order. They are very straight to the point what do you order, this is what you pay, eat your food, say goodbyes, and be on the way. Or if you get takeout they say your order you pay your food and then you go. Simple and easy. Please try it out. Support local. Eat some truly amazing authentic chinese food.

Vegetarian options: You can customize for an extra price if adding ingredients. But there are a lot on the menu that is already vegetarian!

Food was disgusting! It was so dry and chewy and had a leftover taste.

The food was HORRIBLE! I paid 85.00 for a chicken and broccoli dinner a pepper steak dinner two orders of crab wontons vegetable lo mein noodles. I wouldn't have been so hung up on the price if the food was actually good but it was cold and tasted like it was old or the Grease or the wok they used had been

So disappointed when the food arrived. It was overcooked and dry. We had to order from somewhere else so our 3-1/2 year old could eat.
