Piss poor management. No one checks the quality control of the bread. There were several times a week we were bagging warm, moist bread. There are some really good people working there that unfortunately are taken advantage of, but it's clear as day the management team does not care about the staff at all. The work atmosphere is absolutely horrible

I don't know what you are doing differently but your bread is terrible!!!! It doesn't even make good toast. I tried making sandwiches and it just gets gummy and falls apart !!!!!!

Was an ok job could have paid alot more for the jobs that are asked of you. From mixing a ton of dough and Hoping the next guy helps push it to the divider to just pushing scorching hot pans and pray the conveyor belt doesn't have an issue (it will). The guys putting years in there get a tip of the cap from me tho, well now it seems there all shut down however....
