The guy making our 3 sandwiches was nice but took over 15 mins to even start our order bc he was too busy making togo orders for people that weren't even here yet! He spent over another 15 mins to get our order prepared bc he only had one speed, apparently backwards 🤦🏻♀️ another guy was sweeping & mopping when we came in & never even helped the slow guy making our food. He was done sweeping & mopping before we even ordered bc it took SO LONG! This place goes downhill every time we visit..

Ordered a foot-long roast beef and xtra provolone There is literally one measly piece of roast beef on each side and no cheese. Not to mention probably had a gallon of mayonnaise. Absolute disaster.

I went to subway tonight after placing an online door dash order to pick up, the order wasn't ready when I arrived but I was early so no worries. They had a huge rush prior to me coming in which pushed my order back some. I was there maybe 5 minutes while they finished preparing my order. They were very nice and pleasant. 💙 As a server previously and a hospital employee sometimes a little wait isn't a bad thing because you never know what is going on that made you wait. Thank you to the two employees that worked tonight I hope your night goes smoothly.

First and Last time going to this one. Was walking through making my sandwich and look over at some slob customer eating over the register counter while the employee he referred to as Amanda just watched him contaminating the area and dropping some stray pieces of food from his mouth while he's talking to her, wipes his mouth and sticks a finger in and then takes his dirty finger and scoops and smears the stray food off the counter and eats it. Then the girl making my sandwich had the audacity to try to slide my sandwich across when I told her to just hand it to me. Then doesn't even address the problem and goes to making the next customers food. Some tardation is going on in this establishment judging off the other recent reviews as well.

The employees are great. They make your sandwich the way you like it. And they are very caring and loving and take pride and everything you do I highly recommend going there they eat in or take out.

Usually go to Martins Ferry subway a few times a month but will no longer be going there when the people that are there tonight. Ordered a number 6 which is the boss pepperoni and meatball sub called another subway to see how many meatballs are on it ( it's 8 ) I only got 4 with no fresh cheese that says it's on it SMH never again.

This is the worst Subway I have ever dealt with period!!! 2 separate occasions the service is horrendous. I can't say a thing about the food because I can't seem to get an order. 1st time I walked in both employees out in front of the door smoking walked in with my boys and had to wait for them to come in, then they finally come in and slip on gloves and want to wait on me...I said nothing for us and left...I will not watch someone come off the street not wash there hands and try to make my food. SECOND ordered from online and it wouldn't go thru but I wanted the deal so I called and said my problem and that I didn't think theborder went thru, the employee didn't offer a solution or anything just said nope I don't have an order for you...I said ok and she hung up. HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN!!!
