Placed an order through an app. The restaurant couldn't make half the order, but decided they didn't need to tell me that until after the order was picked up. When I cancelled the order (because half of it was missing, so I didn't want it at all), they still charged me $31 out of a $39 order.

I ordered two Dave’s Singles and three Biggie Bags. What I received was the two singles and only one of the Biggie Bag burgers, along with the sides for all three Biggie Bags. When I told the employee I was missing two burgers, she responded rudely and said, “OK, just give me all your food back then.”

I tried to explain that it didn’t make sense to remake the entire order when the only thing missing was the two burgers I already paid for. Instead of listening, she slammed the sliding window and went to get the manager. The employee clearly lacked emotional intelligence and basic communication skills, which made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be.

When the manager came to the window, she handled the situation well and professionally. She listened, understood the issue, and resolved it quickly without any unnecessary attitude or confusion. I appreciated her approach.

Overall, the manager’s professionalism stood out, but the initial interaction with the employee m who lacked emotional intelligence made the experience unnecessarily stressful.

got chilli, very bad, all broth, large chilli, maybe 6 or 8 beans, and only 2 or 3 small pieces of meat and seasonings. glad i ask for xtra crackers to go with my broth...............

Charged me 1$ for 2 sauces when I ordered a whole combo lmfao, then proceeds to take the coffee off the burner before it’s done brewing and I let her know she can keep it brewing until it’s finished and she just kept pouring. Shitty service

Went through the drive-through and we ordered our food got the wrong order. Took 10 minutes for service and they didn’t accept cash and did not specify that through the drive through radio, food is good but service was terrible. The manager bumped into an employee and was being mean to them. do not recommend. They messed up our order twice and were overall acting like they didn’t want to be there. They also messed up the amount of money we paid.

If you like Wendy’s chilli go to a different location. I’ll never order it gain from this location. Beans in watered down tomato sauce and nothing else in it. One bite and straight to the garbage can. Sadly this is the second time this happen at the M Ferry location so it wasn’t a fluke the first time.
