Not a very clean one and order was not made correctly

I absolutely love how nice and polite we are treated, We order through the app and pick it up. Especially the last couple of months! Our food is ready and always waiting when we walk through the door! Our orders are almost always perfect this way. The drive-through seems extremely busy every time I go to or drive by. Wendys is definitely one of our favorites. My husband and son love to eat their breakfast, lunch, and dinner when we can. I am not a breakfast person, not including coffee or iced coffees. However, I love their lunch and dinner menu.

Martin's ferry Wendy's needs to get it together you put all this money into remodeling maybe you need to worry about better service did an online order and still waiting 10 minutes while my food just sat there when they gave me my food they forgot a drink and the sauce my food was ice cold it's ridiculous we pay for the food we want it hot we will be going else where from now on and be calling cooperate this isn't the first time they have messed up our orders

$5 Biggie bag. Wendy's the only place that kept this while McDonald's and Burger King done away with any value. Now they both brought it back after they saw how dumb it was trying to milk the public for as much as they could. I always go to Wendy's when I can
Why are they handling food without gloves? Management needs to fix that before someone gets sick because of this place.

This place is pathetic I will never spend my money there again..45 minute wait for order and it was just a large fire and when I got them they were so nasty I ask for fresh and side of sandwich mayo and once again they were cold and nasty.. Management needs to step their game up or put their foot down with workers they have already but yes never again…
