Applebee's Grill + Bar

This Applebee's was not busy at all, but we had to wait 10 minutes before a hostess ever came to seat us. Then we found out there was only 2 waitresses for the whole place and the one doubled as the hostess. Food was good and had good flavor. However drink service was lacking. Not sure why they only had 2 but it was not enough. Bathroom was clean.

I really enjoyed the cheese sticks and the Chicken Parmesan and although I had an issue, the supervisor immediately called me to resolve the issue. The 3 star was due to the restaurant being under wait staffed, so they sat us in the bar area, but the bartender was too busy with drinks and should not have been expected to wait on tables. Applebee’s is one of my favorite go to restaurants, especially for their lunch specials.

When I called to ask a question the lady just hung up on me and when I called back it was no answer. The connection and everything was fine too

Only complaint was service. My waitress was really kind and talked with my party but slow on drink refills

Steak was full of gristle & fat, couldn’t eat it.. mgr came over & asked if I couldn’t chew it, while the waitress laughed.. I am elderly but no false teeth… I threw 25,00 on tabled & left… unacceptable, never will go back.., I coveted it to be like the one

Placed a DoorDash order and it was delicious! Fresh and a lot of food.

My waitress was awesome, I didn't catch her name but she could throw back the joke's just as fast which made me feel right at home. Also the lady with the tattoo on her neck with short hair is 😍

Ok I’m not trying to be that type of person but this places food… let’s just say I’m never eating there again. I ordered chicken and it was raw!!! Like that’s dangerous again not trying to be that person but like come on I even had to wait an hour and a half just to get the food like please Applebees step it up
