I stood outside with a baby in cold weather waiting for them to open. Multiple employees seen me and by 10:05 they still hadn’t opened the door. It’s very rude and at least they could have opened the door on time especially if they see people waiting.Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly

This was a horrible experience in Marysville off Coleman Crossing. I waited over 22 minutes to get bad service, cold food, no response from management for my complaint/observation. The team there was lacking customer service skills, training skills, hand washing training. Disappointed! We have an Arby's in my town and they do a fantastic job in comparison. Someone needs to educate them that the register people need to wash or clean hands between handling money and handling food. She also kept touching and moving fries. Fries going out to customers were getting touched by bare hands. Obviously I had a lot of time to observe. I work in Public Health and I didn't miss anything. Needless to say all of our food was cold and placed in our air fryer to reheat. I doubt I'd return.

Haven't had Arby's in a while, and I was craving their fries. They were not what I remembered them being. Arby's used to be great, and now it's just kind of disappointing.Service was good. The food just didn't impress.

Went through the drive through Monday evening, brought my food home, ate, got to the end of my fries and found a long black hair at the bottom of the container. SO gross.

The young teenage girl who took our order was extremely rude to us today. She rolled her eyes as she slowly walked to the register. She didn't even say anything but just looked at us. I am new to the area and this was upsetting. Why choose a customer service job if you're just going to be rude? I'll never go here again.
