The food is always great, if it actually comes to your table. Service is lack luster and needs improvement. The restaurant was not well kept, it was visibly dirty. Everywhere.

Couldnt get sested hostess would rather handle to go orders instead left and went to waffle house instead. Got right in good service. Got on here a year after i left review and people still complaining place is a joke

The cheddar potato soup was bad they knew this and have had multiple complaints and still serve the soup.
I had to order pickup, and it was my first time doing so. The staff didn't give me cream or sugar for my fiancé's coffee, AND they didn't give me my banana nut bread, which was the whole reason I ordered.

Waited 45 minutes for cold food. Omelets were cold, hash browns were still raw, drinks were empty with no server in sight. She dropped the bill off when she dropped the food and we never seen her again. Dad's coffee was empty already, he asked for more at that time. She seen us walking to the register and said I was about to bring you refills.. 30 minutes late. Bad experience at this Bob's

Had to ask for a waitress after sitting for 15 mins. And no theu was not busy, 4 waitresses and only 4 tables with ppl. Waited another 15 mins on drinks. Food was good. Service was just horrible as usual with this bob Evans.
