terrible service and customer service when addressed with manager amber she was no better which goes to show why the staff is the same way. ordered online called ahead to let them know we were pulling in sat and waited 20 minutes called again to say we had been sitting there when they brought out the food they were rude and shoved it through the window. not kind at all. will never order from them again

Don’t do pick up from this store. Servings size is trash. We ordered family size hash browns and they didn’t even give us enough to feed two people. This store has been going down hill for years. Stay away.

The last straw. 3 other tables 6 employees behind the counter. We were sat and the waited. No one came up to our table. We have had poor food quality, wrong orders, and now this. We will not be back. We will drive through Marysville the next time we want Bob Evans and go to Dublin/Columbus.

I felt like I was eating in a high school cafeteria. There were only teenagers working who were more concerned with gossiping and making fun of customers behind the counter, than actually doing their job. I witnessed all 5-6 of them take part in making fun of a young girl that walked in with her mom for a pick up order. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the service sucked. Never checked for refills until my husband went up and asked for more water. Probably won’t ever go back to this location.

The Marysville Ohio B.E. has to be the worst service of any, it's not as bad when we eat in, but whoever runs the takeout portion is horrible, we can't leave without checking our order, and of course; having them add in what they forgot-every time. And the staff is rude most times-we aren't going back again!

Waffle House was close for maintenance. They suggested Bob Evans. Past experience has lead me to shy away from this establishment for many years. I had coffee, a cheese omelet and home fries. The coffee and potatoes were good but the omelet fresh out of the kitchen was quite cold in spots. I'm guessing it had something to do with the cheese.
I sure hope Waffle House is open tomorrow!

Makayla is a great server. Always in a hurry to make sure you have what you need and she treats you well. My favorite breakfast restaurant. They are always on their top game and can be a place for lunch even!
The scrabble eggs is not what I was expecting it was literally like rubber and had no flavor. Didn’t give me the right sides either. And I paid 50$ for 2 meals and they were both messed up and they would only give me a 5$ refund

Waitress was great , waited a while for our food, right off the bat spoon had food on it, got the new stackable pancakes with egg bacon and sausage, pancakes where cold, cheese didn’t even melt, sausage patty was a solid brick, bacon rubber,fruit looked like it was picked off a parfait. We makes it off our list of restaurants needy to say..sad I use to love that place.🥹

Server, Rachel, was completely inattentive, serving food to two couples that ordered full meals before we had to ask where our soups and salad were. It went on from there. She was dismissive and did not care. All the other staff there that assisted were kind and helpful, like most restaurant staff typically are.I received her first name from the supervisor there the night of January 4, 2024.
