This is consistently one of the slowest services I have ever experienced. Cars lined up in the drive through and get frustrated and just leave before getting their orders. Seems like only on person is working but when you make it to the WIndow you ca n see several employees inside.

Recently visited this BK location. Blake was very polite, friendly, and helpful. Very pleased with the customer service I received! I will visit this store regularly.
Went through the drive thru and ordered a whopper Jr meal ( with cheese hold the onion extra mayo)with a medium sprit. No cheese , hardly any lettuce, and got a coke instead of the sprite. This location is getting as bad as the Delaware Ave location.

Tried the crispy chicken wraps...ya get what ya pay for...they are inexpensive and it shows!!
My wife and I were in line 8 minutes before they closed. Not a single person came over the I tercom and ask if we wanted food. The service here is always rude and always close before they should be. So far we have been in line for 23 minutes.

I've been to this Burger King several times throughout the past 3 years, both dine-in and drive-thru, and the service is always exceptional considering every possible circumstance that could happen, whether that be a short-staffed restaurant or a rush. The food has always been hot, any mis-made sandwhiches are fixed with respect and politeness, and the staff is friendly, social and attentitive. Definitely one of the best Burger Kings I've been to my whole life.
