I’ve gone here multiple times. Every time I order takeout it’s wrong. The food is always cool and the proportion is always terrible. Don’t waste your money on this place don’t seem to get better no matter what you do.

Very low level of service. This Chipotle hardly has a single employee working with customers, most are in the back room. Wait is long and this restaurant appears clearly mismanaged. Time for corporate office to do a usual spot check and hire more seasoned personnel.

Poor/no management. Poor quality food. This location specifically is a stain on the otherwise good Chipotle brand. It needs to be closed immediately and started anew.

Eating here really is a roll of the dice. I ordered a burrito. I only get rice, pinto and black beans, chicken, light sour cream and cheese. This last visit 3/27/25 1:50 pm, was the poorest made burrito, possibly in all of Chipotle's existence. Because of the few ingredients, I ask for double rice. Didnt get that. Asked for 1 scoop pinto and 1 scoop black beans. I got about 1/3 of a scoop of each. Chicken was a normal scoop. The young lady wrapping the burritos attempted to save it from complete embarassment, by adding about 1/2 lb of shredded cheese. "A" for effort to the cheese Queen. Burrito still came out the size of a can of Pepsi

Im not sure if this is all to maximize profits, lack of consistency in training, or both.

I want to support you. You just make it difficult.

The people at lunch are HORRIBLE ALWAYS. There was a manly looking woman who literally forced me to get extra meat. I think they have a new thing where they're trying to do upsell you on everything. The guys at night are really cool. But the people during the day are awful.You will get treated rudely with no line

I normally love Chipotle, but this is by far the worst location in terms of food quality and portions. After giving them several chances over the last year, I won't return. The rice is consistently undercooked, chips are stale, and pieces of chicken inedible due to gristle. I have encountered issues every single time I ordered.

At any other Chipotle, I can get 2-3 servings from my bowl - I always finish my bowl from this location.

Ordered lunch today via delivery. Ordered a large chips and queso and the chips are inedible. I could not even chew them, they are so stale. Never eaten a more stale chip. There's no way these are "handcrafted chips made fresh every day." For $10 that's pretty despicable.

Thought we would give this location a try q keeping other reviews in mind. This establishment is definitely a huge no for me. The counters were filthy and food thrown all over, the trash in the kitchen was over flowing to the point you could see it from the lobby, the floors were a mess. Explain how the counter where the chips sit was also filthy. The serving size for the amount we paid left much to be desired. This restaurant needs to practice health guidlines. It is an atrocious mess and I will not be returning.

Love Chipotle food but hate this location. I understand it gets busy but holy cow, this place is poorly run/staffed! Always out of menu items because of poor prep and it’s always filthy. If you want Sprite, forget it - they’re always out.

Portion sizes here are absolute garbage compared to normal Chipotles. No one cares. Won't go back, ever.
