This location is always trash.Never have anything. Vinegarette? Out. Chips? Out. It was 9pm when we walked in and they were cooking 25 pcs of chicken but wouldn’t cook any chips. Said they close at 10pm but there’s a massive sign on the door that says they close at 11pm.I’ve tried so many times to go here and I just won’t anymore. It’s always dirty. People are standing around in the back. It’s just gross

I waited for 10 minutes in line only to be told they were out of white rice and both chickens, I drove 45 minutes to get dinner. The staff was rude, they wore gloves while cashing out customers then went back to touch the food, restrooms were filthy, staff was so rude I will be ever go there again, when I asked to speak to manager I was rudely told there was no manager working. Nasty place nasty workers n disgusting dirty restaurant. Best believe I will contact corporate for this.

Visited on 4-3-24 at 7pm. Waited in line for 30 minutes. When I get up to order they are out of tortillas, sour cream, guacamole and the lids for bowls. I ended up not getting anything. Should have informed people in line prior to getting to the front of stuff they are out of

This is really insane i am pissed off and laughing how it is really really a smallPortion. I am not even kidding and more of a disgusted and really annoyed. This is utterly a scam. I feel really cheated. I am right in front of my bowl now and really disgusted and thinking did i order a kids meal or what?How do i reach out to the manager? I am writing a review as this is cheating the consumers. I wanna make sure to write a review and i am really never coming back to this chipotle. This actually happens several times when i order here and i dont want to let this be ignored anymore. I feel bad for the people who are working hard there and dont want to complain in front of them but i don’t really think this is fair for consumers to be doing this whenever i go there! Like seriously

The food was okay. Made quickly but cold. We also had an error in our online order and drove back to have it fixed because it was inedible due to allergy. Told they would get around to fixing it, stood there for 10 minutes when 4 people were helped ahead of us. We got tired of waiting and asked for a refund. We were given a card with a number to call and they still didn’t offer to make our order any quicker. Also saw a worker go from washing windows to serving food without washing their hands.Dietary restrictions: Ordered for a gluten free person and when the order was messed up to include gluten, they did not rectify the situation.
Wife and I decided to get a bit to eat. Showed up at the store and see a notice saying they are only taking online orders. Great. So we either order online wait 20ish minutes in the car or go somewhere else. We decided to go somewhere else.

Worst location I've ever been. Ordered online. Was given no option to add a side of meat for a kids meal, then was charged at the store for more than the kids meal for a side of meat which was smaller than the whole kids meal. Milk was warm, milk should never be warm. Names for each item for whom it was supposed to go to was mixed up in the bag like they couldn't even read a label as they were prepping the meal. Store is the worst. They get my business because it is the only one here, but it is absolutely the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Crews are rude and not helpful and attention to detail is the absolute worst. Don't get the chicken here. Chicken is always undercooked and causes illnesses everything we have it.

I just came to this store, there is a guy at the counter who serves very reluctantly, I ordered 3 bowls and I very reluctantly threw all the ingredients into the bowl at the customer who followed me, he served her well, he added the black beans. all thrown away. Terrible customer service from the guy at the counter who has afro hair, when he told the cashier he just smiled and didn't know how to do anything. terrible
