Overpriced food - fine, but not worth the higher price compared to everywhere else.
Pushy, inefficient service. I was stuck behind unfulfilled orders waiting front of me, so I asked the guy who delivered my food for permission to drive out the other way. He gave it, and I went to do it… only to be dressed down by another staff member who frantically accused me of causing an accident… with zero oncoming traffic and plenty of room to maneuver. No thanks, guys. I’m not paying almost twenty bucks for a greasy lunch, only to get yelled at for no reason.
Do not recommend.

Boo!!! I tried placing a door dash order, it was with in their time limit for the cut off. But my order was cancelled. I love the food at Culver's but if you're open till 10 and delivery can be placed up until 15 minutes to close, you should honor that. I manage a restaurant. I'm happy to get all sales regardless of the hour. You guys should too.

This location has stepped up their game and moved to a chick-fil-a type drive thru. The teenagers had their hands full because they were incredibly busy, but that is exactly what the younger generation needs! A little pressure and urgency and they nailed it. Great work here at this location!

1/22 - Was disappointed with our most recent visit. We’d been over at the children’s hospital with our son and really looking forward to Culver’s. However, the guy taking our order had music playing in the drive thru station to the point where I had to repeat things multiple times. After we got our food it was wrong as we were missing multiple things. I love Culver’s and this was the worst experience I’ve had.

Im not normally one to complain but my fiancé and I went through the drive thru tonight and we sat there for 10 minutes just waiting to order our food while there was only one car in line ahead of us, so not busy. We then see them take a different cars order from the other lane. We just pulled up to the window to tell them what had happened and if they aren’t going to use one of the lanes to order then they need to put a sign up. The worker then said we could order right there and all was fine. We start to order and they raise their voice and tell us to speak up when we are pretty much already yelling. If they just would’ve taken our order when they were supposed to then we wouldn’t have had any issue. We have now been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting on our food. And I’m going to emphasize. THEY ARE NOT BUSY. And then they forgot our drinks. Horrible service tonight.

Me and my wife go there and sit at the drive thru for 10 minutes while other people are going thru the drive thru and then they get an attitude with us bc we just pulled up because we sat there for 10 minutes

This is was our first time visiting Culver’s. Our daughter requested for her bday celebration. The restaurant was very busy. Since we had never been here before we were unsure how to order. Was offered no help or suggestions. Whole experience seemed very hurried. Not pleasant at all. I am handicapped. Found the restaurant very hard to maneuver a wheelchair with all the tables and chairs and the way the tables were placed. Very unfriendly for the handicapped patron.
