We came in Sunday to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was really busy. As we were walking in we were greeting by customers exiting the building telling us there were no fries or fried chicken. We were fine with that and went ahead in. We stood in line and witnessed the employees not offering up any solutions just continuing to tell customers they were our of stuff. As we bear the front if the line customers were starting to complain that this was the most expensive...
I had a very complicit order. Everything was correct except the size of my side and the sandwich that I ordered ended up being a Mushroom and Swiss, even though I had ordered a butter burger, I called in to let them know that there was a mistake in the Manager Dave was extremely kind and exceptional. He took care of my order right away, and he also accredited me with an ice cream, which I thought was so nice. Will definitely be coming back.
This location has stepped up their game and moved to a chick-fil-a type drive thru. The teenagers had their hands full because they were incredibly busy, but that is exactly what the younger generation needs! A little pressure and urgency and they nailed it. Great work here at this location!
