This location has stepped up their game and moved to a chick-fil-a type drive thru. The teenagers had their hands full because they were incredibly busy, but that is exactly what the younger generation needs! A little pressure and urgency and they nailed it. Great work here at this location!
1/22 - Was disappointed with our most recent visit. We’d been over at the children’s hospital with our son and really looking forward to Culver’s. However, the guy taking our order had music playing in the drive thru station to the point where I had to repeat things multiple times. After we got our food it was wrong as we were missing multiple things. I love Culver’s and this was the worst experience I’ve had.
When the girl dropped our order off at our table she dropped it off without, looking at the number and took our number and walked off super quick. We looked at what she had given us and it was someone elses order. We had to take it back to management and figure out whose order it was and then find out where our order was. It got corrected fairly quick, but just was super weird and kinda rude of the girl who dropped it off without saying anything. I was kinda impressed at how quick...
