Decided to try the new “bakery“ crust. Ordered the two for $19.99 special and added mushroom to both pies. Also ordered a couple of sides. Our order, unfortunately was mixed up. They had to make a new pie. Friendly staff, very clean restaurant. Need to be more attentive and have some sort of quality control when customers pick up their order to confirm that it was correct.

The past two times we have ordered the pizza was not prepared as ordered. The first time we called and had it remade. The second time not only did the order come looking horrible it was tossed around in the box all over the place and items we had ordered we not delivered. No more Marysville Donatos for our house anymore.

Great experience as usual. Ordered caryout again. The pizza was great. Toppings were plentiful and edge to edge as advertised. Also had hot wings, and they were tasty and hot. Met one of the managers named Luke and had a short pleasant conversation with him. He was very knowledgeable and very polite. He was also very helpful, asking if I would like plates and napkins, which I really appreciated. Will definitely order again!
Parking: Large parking lot with lots of spaces available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is right up front, and there is a very accessible Handicap ramp straight to the door.

I ordered a big don with extra cheese. What I got was the smallest sub ever. Hardly any meat on it and they didn’t do extra cheese like I asked. Both the sub and the salad I had tasted bitter. Couldn’t eat the salad due to brown lettuce. I also tried to order online and on the app but it wouldn’t let me. Won’t be ordering those items again.

Food was hot and delicious. Staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Pepsi was down at the machine so provided us bottles instead. Love the ability to book the party room. Son loves the hot honey pepperoni and I really appreciate the gluten free crust.

Tried to order breadsticks and was told they could only serve the 24 packs but not the regular order? And was told one price on the phone but in person it was another (like 2 cents off so not a big deal).
My usual Donato order is delivery or window pick up. Prices everywhere are getting sooooo high. I may have to quit this altogether.

The removed the tv when updated during COVID. Sadly so there's nothing to enjoy but the delicious pie to hang around while digesting

The bathroom is clean and spacious. I wish they had a door hanger on the door, but they did not. I hung my windbreaker on the door handle.They have a very open area with many windows, so you get light from outside, which is nice during the day. It was raining the whole zi was eating by myself, and I could watch the rain.There are no TVs, so it is easy to talk with each other. I believe this place would be great for families. The food quality looked even better than other Donatos I frequent. I will go to another Donatos to ensure I did not imagine what I experienced. This store is a definite place to eat.I also saw a party room so you can have small parties there.
