My favorite food truck by far. My go to is the Tlayuda Supreme, however an off menu item is their tamales. We buy them by the bag and usually split it between roja and verde and both take my back to my childhood and having homemade mexican food from Mama Lupe'. AND don't forget the ice cream. We had the mango ice cream the last time and it was full of fresh chunks of mango.
The family that runs this food truck are the nicest people. The food is absolutely amazing and it’s one of a few places that you can get tlayuda, a Oaxacan delicacy!!! The Barbacoa, steak, chicken and chorizo are all delicious so you’re not gonna go wrong and the food is fresh. Treat yourself and get something from this place.
We booked Gualaguetza for our wedding and they were amazing!!! Not only super professional and responsive when it came to planning, but our guests raved about the food! It came out quick, hot and delicious!! 10/10 would recommend for any event!
