music is always so loud. my husband eats these subs ALL the time. priced right and the staff are always pleasant

Jersey Mike's has been my favorite sub place since I learned they were opening a store in Ohio near my work in the '90s. Back then, I could eat a giant sub in about 2 hours. I enjoy watching my subs being made and can ask for changes while they make my sandwiches.
Two weeks ago, I ordered delivery, and this is the second time in a row that the same thing went wrong. I specifically asked for all the wet ingredients, like oil, vinegar, and mayo, to be left off the sandwich and put in cups on the side. I used to like a soggy bun, but now, when I save half the sub for the next day, I don’t want it falling apart from the wet ingredients.
I ordered the Club Deluxe with added roast beef and extra cheese, and I was surprised they didn't skimp on the Meats. Many fast-food places now offer smaller portions, but Jersey Mike's kept their standards high.
I’m disappointed to give this a 3-star rating, but I saw my request on the confirmation email and receipt. If it weren't for that, I would have thought I made a mistake when placing the order. This is the second time it has happened.
I usually don’t like to order delivery because they often get it wrong. However, I’m in therapy right now, recovering from two broken knees, so I can’t pick up the food myself.

Food was good service was all right they were busy. When I walked into the store there was a lady carrying a dog didn't ask if it was a service dog not my place hope teh store confirmed that. While decently behaved its behavior didn't have the same polish of all the service dogs I've encountered over the years

Best subs we've had much better than subway for us
Ordered three sandwiches online and waited about 10 minutes to go to the store to pick it up. When I walked in, I was greeted and I told him I was here to pick up an online order. They said OK, will let you know when it’s ready. After standing there for another 10 or 15 minutes, they ask again if they could help me. I said I’m still waiting for my online order which should’ve been ready 10 minutes ago. He asked for the name on the order, I told him and he turned around and picked my order off of the rack. IT WAS THERE THE ENTIRE TIME. Was offered a very lame apology. Adding Insult to injury, when we got home all three sandwiches were wrong. At this point, I did not drive back to get the order fixed. Order online at your own risk.

Best Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to
Ate it the one in Columbus and it was great. Then they open one in Marysville and it blows if you ask for your sandwich to be heated in Columbus they actually toasted the buns or bread and ran the meat through like an oven or a random bun in the oven and toasted everything the cheese was thicker in Columbus I could use the cheese for a window from Marysville I asked for the meat to be warmed up obviously the cook has no idea what the word warmed up means if I wanted cold sandwiches I would have made it myself the only redeeming factor is they still put lots of meat on there service was basically rude trying to get people in and out too fast and the quality was too low

I placed a take out order over the phone and was told it would take 15 minutes. I arrived there to pick it up twenty minutes later and they told me they could not find my order but would make it again.Fact is they never made it in the first place. When I got to the store, there was no customers there, and they were all standing around doing nothing. Management needs to look this operation. They are an embarrassment to the Jersey Mikes organization.

Service good, portions ( lots of meat) good, not nearly as good as a baked Italian sub though.

Food was okay,on par with subway. But the store was dirty and it took 45 minutes to get a cold cut sub when there was only 1 customer ahead of me. Employees had zero care about getting food for customers in the store, instead choosing to prioritize online orders.

Consistently the best quality. We have catered subs by the box numerous times and never had an issue with the quality. Never a bad experience here.

Just got my sub home and the lettuce is clearly not good. Why still put it on food? I got a BLT. There’s only three things that go on my sandwich. It looks like it has been frozen and then left out. Brown and soggy and disgusting. Do better. I won’t be spending money here again.
