Just got my sub home and the lettuce is clearly not good. Why still put it on food? I got a BLT. There’s only three things that go on my sandwich. It looks like it has been frozen and then left out. Brown and soggy and disgusting. Do better. I won’t be spending money here again.

Reflect the Son

This used to be one of our favorite places to order from. Recently the quality has declined. The last two times we ordered they got the order wrong. The last time was a Doordash order. When I called to complain they said they would refund our door dash order and would correct it (but we had to pick it up). My wife picked up the corrected order. I waited several days for the promised refund but it never happened. Hope they get it together so we can start ordering again.

In my experience all Jersey Mike's are consistently delicious. I really enjoy a good sandwich and this is my go to. Their tuna sub is fantastic. Really good quality tuna.

You know those sandwich pictures you see when you click on the business from Apple Maps? The ones that show perfectly crafted sandwiches, that make you think "surely they don't put THAT much meat on them!!!"Well, that is exactly what my sandwich looked like! I love Jersey Mikes, they never skimp and time after time when I order a regular size and they cut the bread, I think to myself "that is so small why did I order that size...?" But once they make it and bag it up, it's MAGICALLY huge and filling!! Don't let your eyes deceive you! I love Jersey mikes, I always get the #13 mikes way add pickles. If you order it mikes way, try to eat it as soon as possible, because the juice (oil and vinegar I believe) make it pretty soggy after a while!!!

Normal sandwich stop was closed so we decided to try this place. I will NEVER go back.They had to ask whether we had been helped yet. The top of bread was hard and the bread had no flavor. Nor did the tomatoes and onions. For the prices they charge, I expected more; chopped ham, really! Would have been tastier to eat saltine crackers for dinner!

In the last month or so this place has gone down hill. I just waited over 20 minutes for a sub when there was only 3 people in line and no online orders. The sub was pathetic and hardly had anything on it. They didn’t cut it or wrap it well and the sub itself was sticking out of the bag. Use to be a good quality place to get food. Now it seems like there is a bunch of kids running the place and they clearly don’t care about quality. For the price you charge for a sub you need to up your standards. Guess I’m done going there. Horrible experience my last few time there. Won’t go again.

Went in on their Day of Giving. At 1030am they were busy making subs for a huge order. Waited a bit to be served. Not an issue. Subs were delicious. Meats & veggies appeared fresh.Three of employees on duty.They only concern for me was not being greeted when we first arrived. At least to say “hello” & “I’ll be with you in a minute”.Also noticed several customers arrived for on line order pick up. Same thing happened. They weren’t greeted or asked if they were here for pick up. They waited at the register for quite some time before one customer spoke up & indicated she was here for pick up. Even after that no one addressed the other two customers waiting at the register. The pick up orders are on a shelf behind the register.Please, don’t be afraid to address the customer & inquire if they need to order or just pick up an order.
