Went a while ago, the management was extremely rude, particularly a blonde manager who was dismissive and not nice. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority except for some of the employees that are nice there, food was ok.

We ordered pizza from Marysville Jets as we are huge fans of this brand from other places we have lived. I left instructions that we are in the back yard in case we miss seeing the driver pull up. An hour later we find our pizza cold on our front sidewalk. Dominique (manager) was passive aggressive when I called and he never apologized. Disappointing!!

We ordered a BLT pizza that was less than satisfactory. We tasted no bacon or mayonnaise. It was like thick crust with too much lettuce and tomato. Seriously, it had absolutely no flavor! It was very disappointing. This was our first time to try this Jets and probably the last. Too expensive for lettuce and tomato on crust.

I went in and got 2 slices and a drink the girl that gave me my food must have been having a bad day she slammed my food down and walked away she forgot my drink and when I asked her for my drink she seemed irritated her name started with a S hopefully she was just having a bad day most of the time the staff is pretty nice. The food was delicious.

Please open a store in Lima Ohio please! The pizza in Ohio sucks and I just moved to Ohio from Michigan!! I have to drive over an hour just for JETS when I crave pizza!! I will have to call headquarters in Sterling Heights and demand it lol I know a few peeps there hopefully they will listen to me lol .

The staff were nice and prompt. The food, however... We ordered a one topping NY style pizza and some Jet's Bread. Everything was burned and insanely greasy. Nothing tasted good. Not worth the high prices. They definitely lost a customer.

Waited a long time for Jets to open. First pizzas were great. Very expensive and had to get large since they didn't have mediums. Second visit got small pizzas. They were very doughy and burnt. My wife and I both felt ill that night. Not sure if we are going back.
