This has got to be hands-down the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to! And I’ve been to a lot of them. The manager girl is so rude. She needs to be fired as soon as possible. The food we ordered for our employees looked terrible, and there was a lot of soggy lettuce and discolored meats. One of our people felt sick so we attempted to contact the store with the manager girl kept hanging up on us after we told her what happened. I would recommend everybody stay far away from this place unless you wanna get sick “🤢

If I make a mobile order for a sandwich that comes with turkey and roast beef... I should probably be told you aren't going to be putting turkey on my sandwich. Maybe it was a mistake... maybe they were out of turkey. Girlfriend got a laughable amount of turkey on her sandwich. Must have been the last of it. Full price for half the meat. Roast beef was old. Basically just a lettuce sandwich I was given.

First time ordering from here. Will not be back. Ordered two sandwiches for my boyfriend and I. It was a drive thru pick up order through the app. Drove over there, app still didn't say it was ready so I waited about 10 minutes in the parking lot. Still no update. Went up to the speaker and before I could say anything the guy said there's a 15 minute wait for bread....okay. I waited, and then tried to say I actually had a mobile order, was cut off again to say there is a wait. So I stayed put and eventually a guy carrying a bag came out to tell me theres a wait. I was trying again to say I had a mobile order, was cut off to tell me to go park. Then asked what I had said, repeated myself and he was like oh what's the name? He was carrying my bag, handed it to me. Okay, im annoyed for being cut off so many times. Get back and behold the sandwiches are a joke. My boyfriends had no turkey and old roast beef, with all the lettuce for a salad. My turkey sandwich also had barley any turkey with burnt bacon and loads of lettuce. Poor service and poor sandwiches.

Love Jimmy, however on average, my food consistently takes almost an hour before it's delivered. I have contacted the store 6 times in the last 15 min with no answer. This is ridiculous.

Really disappointed with their delivery. Placed an order through the JJ website, 40 minutes later the tracking said the order was completed. No food was delivered, tried to call the store 4 times and no one answered. Severely disappointed and frustrated at the lack of customer service.

Sat at the window for 5-10min with no one coming up and could see my food just sitting there after I went through the drive through and let them know I had a pickup order. Had to honk my horn to get someone’s attention. Poor service.
The wrap for my sandwich made it extremely messy to eat.

I don't know why I give this place more chances. Every time I go there it's a little bit worse than the last. I have hope that they're going to straighten things up, but this specific store is just repugnant.
I've been to other stores before and their food's decent but this one is just managed poorly or something. It's unfortunate because they could really give Jersey Mike's a run for their money but they lose every time.
I'd actually rather even have Subway and we all know what that means.
