Sat at the window for 5-10min with no one coming up and could see my food just sitting there after I went through the drive through and let them know I had a pickup order. Had to honk my horn to get someone’s attention. Poor service.

Really bad attitude from the start. After waiting at the drive through speaker for a little bit. I was given an attitude and really didn't appreciate how snarky they were. I get it if you're going to have a bad day.Have a bad day at home, but don't do it.At your place of employment.

I don't know why I give this place more chances. Every time I go there it's a little bit worse than the last. I have hope that they're going to straighten things up, but this specific store is just repugnant.
I've been to other stores before and their food's decent but this one is just managed poorly or something. It's unfortunate because they could really give Jersey Mike's a run for their money but they lose every time.
I'd actually rather even have Subway and we all know what that means.

You go to order a combo and it says it INCLUDES chips and a drink, then when you get to the drink option they charge you almost 3 dollars. That is not included, that is in addition to and idk how they can legally advertise their combos include a drink when they do not. You don't get any price break or anything for ordering with a combo. This is straight up an illegal business practice called false advertising and I will be notifying the bbb, we need to stop all this price gouging these business think they can pull off. That is a straight up scam. 50 dollars for 3 subs is outrageous.

No wheat bread at 11:34am on 7-12-24 After a fifteen minute drive. I placed my order and then realized there wasn't any wheat bread because the people I guess in the morning don't know how to make it ?
Ordered on the JJ app for “freaky fast” delivery, they pawned it off on Uber which then sent me a message that my driver had “other stops” and my food would arrive in 23 minutes from a store that’s 6 minutes away. Honestly do better, ordered through the app so I wouldn’t have to deal with Uber or DoorDash. And they forgot my drink :)

Their delivery service is soooo terribly slow. Waiting 35-65 minutes for an order is crazy. Please hire another driver to take the pressure off of the only one you seem to have during weekdays.

I recommend going somewhere that actually makes the right food. This place sucks. My sub was completely wrong. I called. They said they credited my account. Nope. Went back today to get the proper sub and no credit was issued. So we are going elsewhere and won’t return.
