Stopped inside on my way through Marysville. The place was empty and super clean. A nice older gentlemen took my order. He was very friendly. Got a 3 piece combo meal and it was everything I hoped it’d be. It was a nice stop as I sat down and enjoyed my meal. Honestly still amazed how long John silvers stays in business, but KFC is always solid.Vegetarian options: There are mashed potato’s, fries and coleslaw. Desserts also. Just pulled into the drive-through just a minute ago she asked what would I like and I said just a minute please and then when I ordered she got an attitude because I didn’t know that they didn’t have chocolate milk and she’s like we don’t have chocolate milk, ma’am we have only white milk or a Capri Sun really loud Like they’re not even busy ever, so what’s the Need for attitude

To the owner. This is my second, and last visit here. I came through jan 23rd at 4pm. No one at the counters. No one at the drive through. Both times I was asked to come inside to place my order. This time I am being yelled at by a male about needing help. As a customer, I don't need to explain why I don't appreciate this. As a worker, I don't appreciate being stressed out to the point of yelling at someone wanting 3 pieces of chicken. I don't know what type of owner you are but my perception is not a good one. Plenty of other places offering at least mediocre services happy to take my money. I will not be back.

I dob' t take pride in saying what I'm about to because this is a Marysville business and I'm proud to be a resident of Marysville. having said that, in the handful of times I've visited this location, every one sticks out for the wrong reasons. 1. You will never be given a receipt. If you ask for one, you'll get dirty looks. It is the law to provide a receipt (proof of purchase). 2. The two menus at the drive thru speaker box have different prices so if your order is 10% more than expected, it's because they're intentionally being deceptive. I'be mentioned it every time and every time the response is along the lines of "We haven't had time to update it." There are some menu items that aren't even priced at all. 3. My order has rarely been correct. I've been given the wrong order, someone else's order entirely, or items missing. If you inform them of this, refer to #1 for the dirty looks. I fully understand this is fast food but these are basics that even a kid with a lemonade stand can get right. If I want LJS or KFC from now on, I'll go elsewhere. Oh and if you complain and show your receipt, you won't get it back.

Was charged 2 times on my debit card today ,$ 25.28 total of $ 50.68 for 2 - 5 pec. strips meal ,not happy , makes me wonder how many other people you riped off on double

This is the worst place in union County. I placed an online order at 4:15 p.m. for pickup at 5:45p.m. it wasn't ready, I would have to wait 12 minutes for them to fry up more chicken. So I wanted a refund. No chance. Not on online orders. They didn't even have straws to give out. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else if you can.
