LJS has come a long way in the quality of their food. Like most fast food places, you still have to remind them of the basics, like napkins, plastic ware, tartar sauce, or you may not get it in your to-go bag.

I went in to dine with my daughter. I ordered my food and waited 20 mins as door dash order and drive thru we're served finely I got my food and and they shorted me a hush puppy . I was upset because everything already cost so much then they short me after I waited so long. Very disappointed. If Colonel Sanders knew about this he would roll over in his grave!

Hate hushpuppies and they still put them on my plate i toss them on the floor they dont know the meaning of i dont want them. One of the worst ones I've ever been to
Waited over 5 minutes before anyone ever came up to take my order rhen waited 15 minutes on food to figure out their ice machine is down and been down for a while would not recommend at all

The fish was okay, it seems to taste a little different than years ago. I could not use the tartar sauce as it had a really weird taste. It was every packet so it’s just not very good in my opinion. The hush puppies were wonderful and the best part of my meal.

The worst KFC/Long John Silver's. I have worked in fast food for over 20 years, usually as a part time evening job, and this was the worst experience ever.
I ordered a family meal and I did not get the amount of chicken I was suppose to get. The chicken was horrible because the oil in the fryer needed to be changed. The sides were not that good, especially the mac & cheese. The fries were also bad because of the nasty oil in fryer. I ordered shrimp from the Long John's menu and the shrimp was also horrible because of the oil in the fryer. I haven't tried the chicken tenders or the hush puppies, but I think they will be horrible because of the fryer. I did not get the dipping sauces for the tenders when I specifically asked about them.
