We have always gotten pizza from Marco's, and on 12/6 we got two pizzas and they just didn't taste right like they have over the last year. We have been ordering pizza from Marco's for well over a year.

The pizza tasted strange and the sauce was very different. Our kids thought the same thing that it tasted very different. I don't know if maybe the sauce has changed or the crust. But we always get the same style of pizza everytime. Not one to complain but it just wasn't the same this time.

We will always been loyal customers of Marco's and the rewards and coupons they send and the manager goes above and beyond and sends coupon certificates in the mail. ☺️

Good food, good service. The place is small not design be an dine in experience from the looks of it. But I get my last night munchies pizza from here. Definitely there is room for improvement on a little organize and cleanliness but overall good.

According to them if you place a curbside pickup after waiting 10 minutes past your pickup, you need to call their number for someone to carry out your order. After you have verified car make model and color with them twice thru their website for the order AFTER waiting in the parking lot before going in to pick up your food that has been sitting there ready to be carried out to you because you got tired of waiting 10 minutes giving them benefit of the doubt past your curbside pickup time.

Called them. They asked what they can do better next time or how to make it right. basically just said what I said here. I mean it's a service and thankfully I don't have to rely on curbside pickup to get my order, just not pleased that they couldnt do the service offered that we paid for.

So I ordered a 10 PC Buffalo wing, and a 6" Italiano sub with pepperoni and lettuce added for delivery. After opening my food the wings didn't have no a drop of sauce on them, and the sub did not have the pepperoni or the lettuce that I had been charged for. I immediately call the store to tell them the order was not correct, and chose to have the order remade and delivered. Food arrives, I ask the driver if she would mind waiting while I checked the food. She said that was fine. The wings were correct, the sub looked like it literally had a whole large handful of banana peppers on it, still no lettuce, and this time no tomato.
So after spending 24 dollars, and waiting over an hour and a half for food, it still wasn't right.
I will not be a returning customer.
I mean seriously how hard is it to read either what's on the screen or ticket right in front of you??
Also take pride in your job. How hard is it to also follow the rule that if you yourself wouldn't eat it, then it shouldn't be sent out!
