I was really surprised when we got our bill and it was nearly $70 for breakfast (a breakfast bowl, a Nikki special and a total of 4 pancakes with bacon and hash browns). Not what I was expecting. We only had 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids. The coffee tasted burnt, the bacon wasn’t crispy and the service was really slow.
McKinley’s Grill stands out for its fresh, farm-to-table approach, sourcing many ingredients directly from their own onsite organic farm. The menu offers a great variety, from perfectly cooked steaks and juicy burgers to flavorful seafood and creative salads. They gave me attentive service, warm atmosphere, and the quality of the dishes was excellent. It's a top choice for both casual meals and special occasions. The food is fine for a diner, but if you have a hankering for steak and eggs, go elsewhere. The “steak” is an oversized steakum. Probably be better if they just took it off the menu.
