Very welcoming facility, beautifully decorated for the holiday, very friendly staff, great customer service from everyone with whom we interacted, and the order was accurate. Best McDonald's experience ever.

Waiting in the drive-through I had someone cut five cars to cut in the other drive-through. Then once I paid for my food I pulled up and then I was asked to pull up even further for two breakfast sandwiches and then proceeded to wait 10 minutes for those breakfast sandwiches if I could give it zero out of 10, I would do not go there.
Then to top it all off after waiting 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, they were cold.

This is the typical local McDonald’s. Food is not great. Staff is overworked due to understaffing. Don’t ask questions because most can’t speak English to answer you.

They need to learn to get orders correct and fix it when not correct. It’s not DoorDash fault when they only deliver. McDonald’s is at fault they mess up orders

This review is only based only on one visit. I tried doing this through the app but it wouldn't let me because I couldnt find the store number and kept making me rewrite the whole thing everytime I would try to find the store number. I ordered food through the app and the 2 cheeseburgers and the big Mac were cold to the touch and went right in the trash. The nuggets and fries were good. This review was only based on one visit.

1 employee went outside to talk to some friends while customers were waiting for their food at the drive thru window and they messed up several customers orders. They made my granddaughters sandwich wrong twice!!

My wife and I along with our 2 boys order in order of each person meal including drink and they said we didn't pay for a drink when it was a combo. Then then forget my double fish sandwich

Ordered a quarter pounder, just cheese and ketchup. Got everything on it. Buns are completely stale and apparently not every employee can do a refund on an unavailable item and tells me i have to ask another employee to do it and then just walks away from me before i can say anything. Unprofessional and just an awful experience

I ordered at the kiosk like they want you to followed all the directions sat down at my table and after 24min of waiting I go to the counter and they treated me like a burden for asking where my food was. At first they seemed to not believe I even ordered anything asking to see my receipt 3 times. Finally got my food after 35 mins of waiting.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Inside my daughter’s Happy Meal fries bag, when she poured them into her nuggets box, we found a dead fly mixed in with the fries. This is disgusting and raises serious concerns about food safety at this location.
