I ordered at the kiosk like they want you to followed all the directions sat down at my table and after 24min of waiting I go to the counter and they treated me like a burden for asking where my food was. At first they seemed to not believe I even ordered anything asking to see my receipt 3 times. Finally got my food after 35 mins of waiting.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Inside my daughter’s Happy Meal fries bag, when she poured them into her nuggets box, we found a dead fly mixed in with the fries. This is disgusting and raises serious concerns about food safety at this location.

Fries had salt dumped on them, burned your mouth with salt to even try to eat. Sandwiches were sloppy and staff did not seem very friendly. We went here stopping through on a long drive with kids. Parking lot is also confusing, and entrance & exit door are opposite of where they should be.

Inside is completely disgusting, trash, food, spills, etc all over the counters and floor, the manager is completely oblivious to waiting customer's, forgotten multiple order completions between the 3 very patient customer's whom didn't have their order's fulfilled. This place is the worst McDonald's by far.

Ordered a Caramel Frap, Got a Cappuccino Instead... Twice.​
I really wanted to like this place, but I’ve had many bad experiences in a row. The first time, we ordered a caramel Frappuccino. We double-checked the order at the window, but when they gave it to us, it was a cappuccino instead. We figured it was a simple mix-up, so we went back and explained. The manager came over and said, “You know that’s not what you ordered, right?” That felt more like a lecture than an apology.​
We decided to give it another shot a week later. Same person at the window, same wrong order. This time, she didn’t say a word—no “thank you,” no “here’s your order,” not even a “have a good day.” Just handed us the food and shut the window.​
The lack of customer service is hard to ignore. I won’t be coming back.​
