I work 2nd shift close and convenient I thought. Out of the 6 times I been there order has been wrong 3 times. People at drive thru are nice. But nothing like getting back to work and the order wrong. I ordered a double big Mac came as a single. Called and went back and they made the mistake again. Called again. 3rd time they got the double big Mac correct but only gave me half of my 20 piece nugget. Is it that hard to verify the order is correct. Sad to see these businesses take more money than what they're worth.

You will not find a human to talk to if you go inside. You can see them in the back, many will make eye contact with you, but no one will come to the counter or the pick up window to help you. I ordered online to eat inside and pick up at the window. The food was already at the window, so that was a plus. They gave us the wrong sauces and there were no straws anywhere. Not a big deal, but I stood at both the pick up window and the counter for a long time, with employees looking at me many times but no one coming out. If I hadn't ordered online, I'm not sure I would have ever been waited on inside. The place is super clean though and the layout is really nice. The food is average. Maybe drive thru is the way to go?

Service is slow and they hardly understand English. I stood at the register for 10 minutes before I was even noticed. I heard an employee tell a customer to slow down it's almost time for her to go home. She wasn't worried about the customer she just wanted to wait her time out so she could leave.
Save the time and go to one of the other 2 locations. Slow service, most of the staff don't speak English and they will always get your order wrong. I ordered my food online, and still sat waiting for 15 minutes outside, multiple missing items. McMuffin was hard and I couldn't eat it.

Fries and husband's burger were hot. My chicken sandwich was barely warmer than room temperature. I returned it, and they did make a fresh one. Nuggets weren't hot either. We just ate them anyway...
