This place has truly made my day turn for the worst. I place an order on their kiosk and wait close to 30-40 mins for my food for the cook to say sir are you waiting on an order? When you can clearly see my name on screen in the waiting area, and they say you have no order. I then show them my name on the screen and they still telling me I dont have an order. Then they ask for a receipt know darn well their kiosk does not print receipts. I miss my whole lunch hour and now have to go back to work hungry. No regard for people and they didnt even feel bad or try to find a way to compensate me. Just horrible experience never again

The G.M matt was incredible super friendly fast at ordering and helping us pick good picks on menu customer service super said if anything was cold to let them know they handle it right away , food fast service definitely reccomend, quite enjoyable dinning area

I had a door dash delivery. I ordered that mac and white cheese bowl and it was amazing. Loved the cheese they use. Perfect texture on the shells.

You guys want to charge so much for your food but fail to include everything in our order. How hard is it really to get an order correct?
Our business is located in the Dublin Ohio area and we were having a little trouble receiving the needs our company needed for daily catering. Christopher and his team have gone above and beyond every day and we will continue our services with this amazing Panera Team!

Every single time I come here they mess up my order. I only stop here because it's on my way to work. I order a full sandwich and they charge me for a whole sandwich and only give me half a sandwich. Some times I'm missing items I paid for. I ordered a chicken avocado melt and there was NO CHICKEN!! it is ridiculous. I spend money here and don't even get what I paid for. I will likely not be coming back to this store and I recommend anyone else not to go there either.

Went today and ordered food with my significant other she got half a sandwich and I got a full sandwich and they were the same size. Called to ask about it and was told they can’t be, then that they were too busy to stay on the phone to figure out a solution and slammed the phone down on us it was clearly heard.
