Every single time I come here they mess up my order. I only stop here because it's on my way to work. I order a full sandwich and they charge me for a whole sandwich and only give me half a sandwich. Some times I'm missing items I paid for. I ordered a chicken avocado melt and there was NO CHICKEN!! it is ridiculous. I spend money here and don't even get what I paid for. I will likely not be coming back to this store and I recommend anyone else not to go there either.

Went today and ordered food with my significant other she got half a sandwich and I got a full sandwich and they were the same size. Called to ask about it and was told they can’t be, then that they were too busy to stay on the phone to figure out a solution and slammed the phone down on us it was clearly heard.

Service is always very fast and the food is always good. They do occasionally run out of different types of bread (????) but that's only happened a small handful of times. The cafe itself is cozy and spacious, what you'd expect from a Panera.
Have visited this Marysville location since it opened. I travel through the area for business every so often and it’s my number one choice to stop at. Good place to relax read and enjoy some good food.
Recently I had one of the new dipping sandwiches. Very good taste crunch and presentation.
Parking: The driveway has a high crown so watch how you enter so as not to scrape the underside of your car.

This location is garbage! In the past two-three weeks, I show up around 8PM because my daughter wants it after practice, and every time we order, they are out of bread! YOUR CALLED PANERA BREAD! Not Panera soup and possibly bread. Ridiculous! Then they don’t offer to discount it because their lack of ordering ahead of time. You might as well close at 8.

I'm not one to complain but I do like to get my money's worth and this time I did not. I used the kiosk to order a soup and salad combo but only when the food came out did I realize that they were out of multiple food items and if I had known I would have changed my order. As it was I got a rather soggy salad with no croutons that tasted like it had been sitting in dressing overnight and tomato soup that had chunks of peel in it with no croutons, parmesan, or baguet like I had hoped. I was pretty disappointed. The two stars are only for how fast the food came out and that the employees were still nice. Otherwise it would be a one star. It just would have been nice to know what was out of stock before I placed my order. Maybe I missed something but I didn't see anything mentioning that at the kiosk.
