The Marysville store started a lunch buffet recently. I decided to visit it. I stopped in at noon, and it was busy. One server brought out drinks only, and she waited for around fifty people. She was busy.
The pizza itself was different than what I had experienced before. The pizza was so sweet that I thought it was candy. If you like that kind of pizza, this will be a delight. I am more traditional; we use pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. I saw in the 40 minutes I was there two pepperoni pizzas. The rest were all kinds of combinations with many mushrooms.

This is a great Pizza Hut. They have forgotten food at times but when we call back and talk with the workers they always make it right by sending it back out in a timely manner.
Why are you charging sales tax on carry out orders? we live in Ohio no sales tax on to go orders!!

Deliverd to the wrong address, called the store and the manager was supposed to get back to me but hasn't. Obviously customer service and food quality is not top priorities here. Save your money or go to one of the better pizza places in the area.
Parking: Plenty of parking. Probably because people avoid this location.

It’s been a long time since I was at (any/this) Pizza Hut. They no longer have dine-in service, but you can eat your food inside. There wasn’t even a menu handy. Bottled beverages only. Their POS still asked for a tip; I am unsure what for. The pizza we got was fresh since we waited on it.
Put in multiple applications at this location, called in and spoke to someone last week and still nothing

I just wanted to give a big shout to Marysville Pizza Hut for the best pizza I have had in a long time.
I don’t order out very often since prices have gone up but I was busy all day and didn’t feel like cooking.
On Labor Day I treated myself to a pizza and right from the start the service was excellent. The rep Took the order, asked if I wanted anything else and asked if I wanted to tip the driver. Which I did.
I wasn’t expecting it to be in time, piping hot and the driver was pleasant and very professional.
I really needed the white glove treatment after the day I had !!! Pizza Hut delivered

They forgot to add on the chicken wings but I only have to wait 6 minutes on them and they were hot
It's been a very long time since we've been to Pizza Hut. Now I remember why. Pizzas we got Wednesday were just awful...an enormous mistake. We fell for the new TV advertising campaign for the Chicago Tavern style pizza. They sure looked good on the TV spot...in reality, not even close. I ordered 2 pies on-line to pick up on my commute home. I requested a 5:15 pickup...I got there at 5:08 and they were already done. I placed the order about 4:00 and they looked like they were made shortly after ordering...then sat under a heat lamp for an hour. When I got home, the cheese (what little there was) was coagulation into what looked and tasted like vinyl. The sauce (what little there was) was room temperature. The amount of toppings (1 pie was a double pepperoni, the other a margarita with extra pesto sauce) was underwhelming...I've had better frozen pizzas. Anyway, pizza ended up in the garbage and that never happens in our house. Pizza Hut...never again.
