Ramsey's Pizza and Pub

Some of the worst costumer service I've ever experienced! They served my son burnt boneless wings, he ate the 2 that weren't burnt and when it was mentioned to the waitress she then told us there was nothing they could do because 2 were eaten. There was not a single attempt to make our 1st experience any better. We will definitely not be back!

Placed in order for delivery for 815 for my associates, at 830 it will wasn't delivered and yeah, nobody could give me a explanation. As to y or how long it was going to be before it was delivered. I had to leave work. Go pick up my own delivery order. Which still was not correct, never received any kind of refund and I paid $140 dollars for pizzas that I never received.I will no longer be giving my service to Ramseys. This has happened 3 different times now. And I am no longer going two waste money on an establishment that does not care about delivery orders.

Ramsey’s Pizza & Pub is a true standout — especially if you have dietary restrictions like celiac. They were incredibly accommodating and took my gluten allergy seriously, walking me through safe menu options and even making sure the kitchen followed proper prep procedures to avoid cross-contamination. It’s not often you feel this confident dining out with celiac!

Beyond that, the vibe here is fantastic. They have a great selection of beverages — from local craft beers to fun cocktails and non-alcoholic options — so there’s truly something for everyone. The live music adds such a fun, energetic atmosphere without being overwhelming, and it’s clear they put effort into bringing in quality performers.

The staff is super friendly and genuinely knowledgeable, whether you’re asking about the menu, drinks, or gluten-free needs. It’s the kind of place where you feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment you walk in. Great food, great energy, and a team that goes above and beyond — Ramsey’s has definitely earned a spot on my regular rotation!

$11.99 for Draft Samuel Adams is crazy price! Lesson learned get the gin and tonic for $8. First visit food was decent, service fair, atmosphere is were this place really shines. Will be back but gonna avoid the draft beer. 🍺

Edit: I wrote this initial review in the parking lot after leaving. Background - asked server #1 why bill was so high, she showed me price. Got a second opinion from server #2 she said price was correct.

As I was pulling out my friend waved me down and said they found the issue, they charged for a six pack thru the drive thru price and would issue a refund if I came back in.

Will update this review on my next visit.

I ordered a sweet tea and the minnow (fish sandwich, fries and coleslaw). 40 mins later, I go back to the bar to get a refill on my sweet tea and see what’s taking so long. I’m greeted with a “let me refill that for you, what was it?” and another person says, “we looked all over for you but couldn’t find you”, even though I told them I was sitting under the tent with our logo (flag)….evidently to hard to listen to their customer and too difficult to do the job correctly. I paid in advance with a tip and they couldn’t provide hot food to me or a utensil, guess I’m expected to eat coleslaw with my fingers. And who cares that we’re giving the customer cold food. Guess my expectations are too high. I will never go back! Nor will I ever put a tip on food paid in advance. I’m giving them a 1 star, but that is EXTREMELY generous!

Good food, nice drive-through and very friendly staff. I’ve never had a bad experience.

I visited this establishment to watch the Gypsy Kings play.. I had Jordyn as my waitress she's definitely a five-star waitress

Specialty pizzas are excellent. Build your own pizzas are also tasty and delicious. We listened to Waterloo 5 and had a fantastic evening.

It's kind of like every other pizza pub around. I wouldn't waste any money on the subs. Experience was good though and there's keno.
