Small restaurant but tons of options to choose from! Typically pretty busy however, the baristas do a great job of making the wait shorter than expected. Everything is delicious and definitely worth stopping!

Very nice/quick/clean store, just hate how sometimes we go to get an order and certain window workers spend a while just talking to cars in-front of us despite just getting orders out and moving on, other then that it’s great

i came in at 2pm when it wasn’t busy and it still took them almost 30 minutes to make my coffee. i can’t justify spending 7 dollars on a latte when i have to wait 25 minutes for it.

Stupid staff members u have to Waite 40 minutes to get ur drink after explaining million times and showing them a picture when it’s ur regular drink with them but also they give u the wrong one

Weary from traveling from SE NC, we stopped at this Starbucks and it stands out from among the rest. When I entered I was greeted with smiles and a crew that seemed genuinely happy. Clean environment. The staff worked well together, efficient, yet they took time to speak with customers and each other. They made our coffee quickly, accurately, even though the drive through was busy. Then, they wrote personalized notes on our cups.

I order 2 drinks and a cake pop. I pull up to the window to pay with cash. It’s a $100 bill. I don’t have any other form of payment besides this. The cashier asks his manager if he can break it and he refuses. There is no note saying you can’t use anything over a specific amount. Now I have a very upset toddler considering this was a reward for him.

Yes, I love Starbucks but there have been time where I go in and place my order just to wait 30 minutes and the order hasn’t even been put in there system?! But most the time the drinks are great. Although they rarely put a proportionate amount of cold foam on my drink, I’ll just say I get by. 4 stars

They're always running out of basic items, the wait is often insane and they hardly answer the phone. This location needs massive help as it's the only Starbucks drive-through in the area. The people are always nice, at least in the drive-through. They just obviously need more people, maybe it's managed poorly, idk.

What a delight! The people working at this location are always very kind and sweet, they are so busy but seem to manage to get orders done in a timely manner.

Had the WORSE service ever usually other Starbucks locations everybody is nice. This one was horrible As I arrived to the window from drive-thru the lady took my payment and asked me to add a tip. Then I asked her a question she completely ignored me my order was not ready and she did not took a moment for letting me know, had to wait a while. When my order was ready she gave it to me without even looking at me and talking on head set with other workers. I said thank you and instead of greeting me she rolled her eyes on me and made a sign with her hands to move. Will never going back to this Locations ever. Sad people like his are damaging the brand.

Worse service ever, I have been ordering here for years and lately (the past 6 months) has been the worse service ever!! Every time I order something they take at least AN HOUR to complete the order. In top of them being rude.

Waited in line for almost an hour in that time
I could’ve gone to scooters across town. They messed up the order and my frappe was melted by time I got it. Scooters would’ve been a better choice smh
