Had the WORSE service ever usually other Starbucks locations everybody is nice. This one was horrible As I arrived to the window from drive-thru the lady took my payment and asked me to add a tip. Then I asked her a question she completely ignored me my order was not ready and she did not took a moment for letting me know, had to wait a while. When my order was ready she gave it to me without even looking at me and talking on head set with other workers. I said thank you and instead of greeting me she rolled her eyes on me and made a sign with her hands to move. Will never going back to this Locations ever. Sad people like his are damaging the brand.

Worse service ever, I have been ordering here for years and lately (the past 6 months) has been the worse service ever!! Every time I order something they take at least AN HOUR to complete the order. In top of them being rude.

Waited in line for almost an hour in that time
I could’ve gone to scooters across town. They messed up the order and my frappe was melted by time I got it. Scooters would’ve been a better choice smh

Waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes for 1 coffee. This is ridiculous I could have drove across town to scooters and been back before I got my 1 coffee.
Update: it has now been an hour and 15 minutes of waiting in the drive through line for 1 coffee…
I would also like to add an interaction that happened a couple weeks ago between them and my girlfriend. She went there and asked for a pup cup with our dog and one of the workers said “no one cares about your dog”
Do not, I repeat! DO NOT waste your time.

The service her sucks. We ordered a pick up order and the lobby is closed and have waited 15 minutes in the drive through. When we order for pick up we want to be able to just come pick it up and leave when we are running behind. What is the point of a mobile order.

I would give -1000 stars but it won’t allow you to do so. Anyways went to this location for coffee. Sat in line for 20 minutes. I was one car away from ordering. Then some lady came out and said they were closed because of staffing issues. WOW you make people wait for 20 minutes then come out and say you cannot except anymore orders. What a way to run a business. The lady obviously was waiting for her shift to end to come and spread the news. I don’t know why else she would have her coats, purse, and keys. If this location would have came out and said they were closed sooner. I wouldn’t be writing this. The best part is after she told everyone in the drive thru line that it was closed. There was no cone put up. So I would imagine somebody else would have endured the same experience I did. Thanks for waisting 20 minutes of my life.
I’ve been coming to Starbucks Marysville since right around when it originally opened in Marysville. I personally think that a trainer from home office needs to step back into the picture because the service is only getting worse and worse. I just pulled up to the drive-through to a Starbucks associate blocking the drive-through lane letting me know that their closer didn’t show up so they can’t fulfill any drive through orders. They close at 6 PM, it is currently 11 AM

I have been here literally hundreds of times over the years. The service has always been poor, but it continues to deteriorate. My orders are never made on time and often made incorrectly. When I spend over $6 on a drink, I want it to be made the way I order it. On my most recent order, the drinks added up to $13 and were not good.
I saw a woman wait for over 30 minutes for a drink just for it to be on the drive through counter instead of in-store pick up!!
After the money is off my Starbucks card- I am done with this place for good.

Me and my daughter walked into this Starbucks to order our regular drinks. We had not ordered on our phones this time. And we stood there for over 5 mins and was never not one time was we even acknowledged by the 3 girls who were working. They did have a long line at the drive through which we were understanding of the part that ticked me off was not one time did they say “hi we will be with you in a moment” or even a simple “hello “. This is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Something g that should be known to someone working in the customer service industry. So we ordered our drinks online while standing at the order station and after receiving the drinks we waited another 5 minutes for our cake pop when my daughter asked for it she said they were out my daughter said it let her order and pay o line. When they took the time they was abler to find them. There was other people standing waiting to order as well behind us who just was getting their order taken as we was leaving. I have never had this experience there before so I believe the 3 young ladies working today between 4-430 might need some redirection by the manager. I have never left a bad review anywhere I am a sever I understand things happen but this was not just busy this was down right rude.

Waiting almost an hour for 2 coffees and a pastry already made and in a plastic bag is ridiculous. Give people a warning so we can make other arrangements for lunch.

I had went here with my pup and ordered a peppermint mocha frappe (I was trying to get the reusable cup as they advertised it was there for only today) but instead they gave me a hot coffee. My pup was excited to see people as she associates drive through with attention. The guy at the window said that no one cared about the dog. I let with a sad pup and a hot coffee that I wasn’t satisfied with (and no reuseable cup) probably the worst Starbucks there is here.

Used to be great... Once upon a time, this was my favorite Starbucks location. The last few times I've gone or tried to go has been a ridiculous disaster. Last Saturday, I waited 50 minutes for an Americano. That's 4 shots poured into hot water. FIFTY MINUTES!!! I was about to walk out when the Karen who ordered behind me started to raise a fuss about the situation. My champion! Lol
Today, I was going to go through the drive thru, but the line was all the way out to Delaware Ave. I decided to go to the little shop on Main St. instead. I drove there, parked, walked up the street to the shop, ordered, waited for my drink walked back to my car and as I was passing this Starbucks on my way out of town the car that was waiting to turn into the parking lot when I decided to go elsewhere was at the speaker.
I witnessed the cause of the problem as I stood there last Saturday and had plenty of time to analyze the situation. As the customers who went there to have a normal human interaction were brushed aside and given no care or thought, others who ordered on the mobile app were coming in and picking up the drinks that were made ahead of the customers who were standing there in front of them. This is terrible guest service!!!!
I'm assuming this problem is systemic throughout Starbucks. This being a busy location, the problem is exacerbated. I understand that Apps can be convenient for people who don't care about having a good customer service experience. However, ruining the experience for those of us who do, in favor of those who don't, is not an acceptable business model.
On the bright side, I found a new coffee shop that's nice, with pleasant workers and the Americano I got was better than what I ever got at Starbucks.
