My girlfriend and I went to the drive-through last week and ordered two grande coffees. Upon getting to the window, a distraught Starbucks employee, explain to us that the person ahead of us had miss, ordered several drinks and offered the drinks to us for free. We excepted to Venti Cold blended drinks I don’t remember exactly what they were. But instead of charging us for our grande drinks, they charged us for the Venti drinks that we did not order and were offered to for free. The two drinks came out to $20. We did not call back to complain. I ordered DoorDash from Starbucks this morning and received a half full grande coffee. I will never be going back to Starbucks.

Honestly I've been going to this location for about 3 years. Used to be decent, but has grown to be very inconsistent. If you order the same drink 10x, it would likely taste different each time. Today my drink was 90% ice, and was gone in about 4 sips lol. The staff are lovely, but seem quite overworked. If you can, I would recommend going to the Delaware location(s) over this one.

Came in today for a Frappuccino, and it is not blended at all. Multiple complete Ice Cubes in drink. Could only drink 1/3. This is not the first time. save yourself the hassel and disappointment and go to the one in Krogers.

Went through the drive thru and waited for a few minutes at the speaker for someone to even greet us. It was honestly no big deal as we weren’t in a rush and we just continued talking until they took our order and apologized for being short staffed. Upon pulling up to the window we were greeted by an extremely rude and confrontational shift supervisor named Shelby who began immediately arguing with us and saying how she doesn’t appreciate what we said about them in the drive thru and went on about how they’re short staffed and don’t appreciate us for being rude which is confusing as we said absolutely nothing about them in the drive thru and didn’t even mind the wait? We were actually talking about the concert we went to last night which is not even close to what they claimed we were saying. We tried telling her that we weren’t talking trash about her but she kept insisting that we were being rude and nasty and could hear everything we said. It was such an odd situation because we aren’t even really sure what happened since we weren’t talking about her. I understand having a bad day but don’t take it out on random customers, it’s extremely unprofessional especially as a manager.
