This Starbucks is inside a Kroger store and was only staffed by one person on the Sunday morning that we went there. That's not enough! The staffer had to tend to the machines and answer a phone call before taking our order. Our drinks came quickly and were what we ordered.

Went in today to pick up my Venti Iced Expresso and it was LESS then HALF FULL! All foam. And my milk wasn't in it. She added milk and gave back half full and tried to tell me this was ok. I left. Had to get back to work. THEY OWE ME A COFFEE. WHAT A RIP-OFF!! The little barista today was incompetent and DID NOT FIX MY COFFEE AND THOUGHT IT WAS OK. UNEXEPTABLE! i paid 6 dollars for a small coffee!!🤬🤬🤬😔😔😔

i came in at 2pm when it wasn’t busy and it still took them almost 30 minutes to make my coffee. i can’t justify spending 7 dollars on a latte when i have to wait 25 minutes for it.

Terrible service at the place and on top of everything, one of the employees is racist. The cashier named ACE is super rude and ill-mannered. From the moment she saw me in line, she began to take longer than usual just because she saw that I was not American! The bad treatment was so bad that she left my order for last, even when it was my turn to prepare my coffee, she didn't do it! It was on time and I even had to leave the coffee because it took more than 20 minutes to deliver my order! I do not recommend it at all.

Don’t go to this Starbucks if you want something on time. Very inconsistent time. You can also cut the whole online by ordering at the register. I cannot tell you the amount of times I have left coffee because it’s taken too long.

Ordered an Iced Latte , waited in line for 15 minutes in the drive thru behind 4 cars . Received a hot latte and was told that’s what I ordered . Got home and realized it’s not even the drink I ordered and was part of someone else’s in line . Slow service and be sure to get what you ordered even when they insist that you’re wrong .

I ordered 20 minutes early and got there and it still wasn’t ready. Then when I got my drinks there wasn’t caramel on the caramel frappe and I had paid 8$ for a customized drink and got a normal drink that i could of paid 4-5$ for. There is only one person working and she obviously did not care if you got the drink you paid for or not. Very disappointed and not a good way to start my morning.

i waited in line for THIRTY-FIVE minutes for two medium drinks & a cake pop. they did three people’s orders that ordered after me before even starting mine. when they did finish my first drink, they went on to make other people’s orders prior to mine being finished. when i got my second drink, they literally forgot whipped cream (i had to tell them to put it on) and then when she finished doing my order correctly, she spilt my drink all over the counter and did not offer to remake it. she said ā€œi’m sorryā€ in the most monotone, uncaring voice ever. after i cleaned up the mess SHE made, i had to tell her i’m waiting on a cakepop. it took her three minutes to get it to me. there were three people working.

two very nice ladies that also put in orders came up to me and apologized for how long i had been waiting, so clearly it was not just me who was aggravated.

they showed no sign of good customer service to ANYONE in the line, including myself. i am not even kidding when i say i hope every single person gets replaced with kind people who can actually do what starbucks requires them to do. genuinely the worst experience of my life. i am a 16 year old with my mom & we both have jobs that we need to attend to, so i was in a bit of a hurry to get out of the line with my food.

i didn’t get the names of anyone, but there was one girl that had very curly red hair (the one who spilled my drink everywhere), a guy with a ponytail and a stubble, and a shorter girl with a bit of acne.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too…stood in line for 15 minutes and still didn’t get helped…hire more people if you location is so busy or close it down if you can’t handle the traffic..
