Larger menu. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Ingredients are always fresh. Prices are reasonable. Parking lot is in rough shape with a lot of serious potholes, but that isn't the owners fault. One of the last shops standing in this once busy strip mall.

Food and service ok. Dining room closed which isn't smart business. There were 3 or 4 workers there. No reason to have it closed. C'mon businesses, remember that thing called customer service. Bring that back.

I religiously have went to this store for years. In recent months there has been turnover and the new staff are terrible. They routinely skimp when items are ordered double and on two different occasions when we have had issues with the subway app not sending correct info to the store (which has never happenned at any other locations and weve used it over a hundrend times) they have been rude and condescending. I will never shop this store again after years of happy patronage.

It's been awhile since I've eaten at subway and it didn't disappoint, nor did the friendly staff who said hi when we entered, acknowledged us (even though she was busy with other customers) and let us know she would be with us shortly. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you

Your employees have terrible customer service skills. Very rude and impatient. Probably explains why they work at a subway. I came there just wanting to order a sub and get out, but employees cannot handle a semi busy day and have to pass all the grief onto customers just trying to have a meal.
