Tuesday 9/9/2025 went into the Subway in the Marysville Walmart at 6:45 pm .....
If you choose to dine at this Subway....

The woman working tonight was nice enough to give herself a big fat tip... WITHOUT EVER ASKING!!!!!!

We ordered food from here on 5/24. There was one lady working and she appeared to be by herself. She was very nice and quick at her job and made us feel welcomed. She does a great job especially since nobody else seemed to be working. I made sure to give her a cash tip in the tip jar. The food was amazing and everything was made correctly! Thank you. :)

Came in for lunch . Got a meatball sub! It was awful temp wise was not warm overcooked bread didn’t take her mama. The ladies gave no receipt.

Ordered online to go, bread was dry, dressings on the sandwich were messily put on and the sandwich was not cut. When I ask for my receipt the worker could not find it and then kind of ignored me. He looked through the trash with his plastic gloves on and did not change them when he started

Laura was a wonderful sandwich artist, we both had nice talking chemistry and she ended up giving me extra food and a discount for my order even though I don't work here. Perfect customer service in here ?

I placed my order online, assuming that I'd be able to pick it up upon arrival. Little did I know that I would be forced to wait for 30 minutes behind a line of people who have not paid nor placed an order. I paid and placed my order through the mobile app so I could pick it up upon arrival... Just to be forced to wait half an hour to get cold food. It's not the customers job to yell at the worker to inform we are here for a pickup. There needs to be a way for the people who order online to get their food more efficiently. That's the whole reason we order online. I will never be ordering from this store again. Every other subway I've seen has a stand where online-orders are placed so we don't have to wait in line. This store does not have that, so, what should have been a 5 minute trip became a 30 minute trip. Never been more unsatisfied with a pickup experience in my life.

The employee is kinda mean don't even ask for cheese waits for us to say plus reading these reviews I was not that impressed and the store is also not that much clean but still it was tasty
Food left out, bread on rack by register and no one working. They hung a sign saying they will be back at 10:10, it is 1:00 pm. Worker just walked in with cigarettes and placed them on ledge next to the pop machine and went directly to work. No washing hands. Hard pass to eat here again...
The skinny worker guy who is always there with an angry face makes me so mad. I can never get subway because he doesn’t wear gloves, has black dirt under his nails and is very rude and aggressive. Possibly the worst customer service worker I’ve ever met.
