These two employees tonight had me pissed off they treated me like I was a terrorist tonight. First they wouldn't let me use their bathroom and I had to go bad but that's besides the point. They told me to come back when my offer was ready and to leave the store mind you I only arrived ten minutes early. My order was due for pickup at 8 pm 12-16-2025 . I came in early so I could use their bathroom they told me it was being clean. I said ok . And left the store came back in at 8 to see d if my food was ready and see if the bathroom was available yet they said no it had to dry I can't use it. I got my food and left. Get home and my subs are trashed. Nothing like I got two nights ago from here. I wanted my subs loaded more of everything more like less of everything. The bread was stale. And all tore up

I order the exact same thing from every subway every time, #30 beast- No ham, substitute for more pepperoni (pepperoni already comes on the sub). I have NEVER been charged for extra pepperoni until today. As well as they forgot to add the roast beef to my sub.

Being Vegetarian, food options are very limited. Subway works great for me. This location even carries veggie patty. Love their cookies. Staff is very friendly.

Ordered a toasted Sweet Chicken teriyaki sub. Not toasted and maybe 4 pieces of chicken. Philly sub wasn't toasted either. Will not be returning.

Subway app was frozen and they wouldn't help in anyway. Paid full $11 for footlong and he acted like they were trying to ration their toppings and meat. Was pretty rude and didn't understand me at all. Didn't care too and that's bad customer service. UPDATE: owner contacted me and said sorry about your luck for coming to my restaurant. Nothing he would do or say to make it right, other than sorry you ate at my restaurant. Absolute garbage and should not be a subway owner by any means. This is why subway has and continues go down hill.

They don’t honor subway coupons here so I won’t be returning
I and my husband frequently buy subway here, we are vegetarian, so far we liked it, today my husband bought the subway which I ate some of it on the way to my work, threw away the 3/4 th, some kind of smell which gave me nausea for an hour, they only put there couple of cucumber and tomato piece with mustard and mayonnaise, that’s all, very frustrating, don’t wanna buy again from here!!

We went to subway on 36 in Marysville (it's been a long time since we've been) the young lady that waited on us was sweet, accommodating, and a pleasure to be around. Her customer service skills are 2nd to none. They was also a young man in there, didn't have much interaction with him other than a smile.

Lazy employees want to leave at exactly 9:00 pm so they lock the doors at 8:45 (or earlier). That's around 90 hours a year of lost revenue for the franchise owner.

Ordered an oven baked turkey and ham on Italian seasoned bread. Bread, even though toasted was still mostly raw and doughy. Needed longer baking time I imagine. Turkey and ham sliced paper thin. Vegetables were frozen than thawed leaving them in a soggy state. Spinach old. Sweet onion teriyaki sauce gelatinous. Not a good experience.
