Every time we go, something is either missing from the order or the order is wrong. It has reached the point where I have to check the everything is correct in the parking lot and the last 3 times I’ve had to go in for something. The latest was they didn’t put meat in my taco…just a shell and cheese.

This location is absolutely ridiculous. The uneducated drive thru worker cannot understand an order after it was repeated back to them four times. You pay for food you do not get and then when you call back to address the fact you did not receive what you ordered, they act as if you are the problem. I know all employers are in need of help, however, please train your employees and hold them accountable for their bad work ethic.

It's weird. When I ask for sauce I either get x3 what I asked for, or none at all. Tonight I requested two packets of diablo sauce and received none. The food was fine. It would have been much better with hot sauce. Whatever. Roll the dice and you might get what you asked for.

I’m not sure how it’s even possible to be so bad. I’ve been through this Taco Bell 4 times and all 4 times they have gotten my food wrong. I had 1 taco they didn’t even put meat in, only cheese. The manager was rude and doesn’t care at all (short brunette woman with glasses). Behind the counter was so dirty last time I walked in, I turned around and left 🤢
Whoever owns this Taco Bell should fire the manager and look at either retraining the staff or simply hire all new. I will obviously not go there again. There are so many choices for fast food that it’s easy to boycott a location.

Horrible food. SKIMPY. The tacos basically had little to mno meat. Lettuce taco. Sterile generic environment. When I did complain about the food nothing was offered to remedy the situation. I threw the rest away and will never be back to this dump. Save yourself time....don't go here. It literally sucks.

Went on sunday march 9th and ordered two chicken quesadillas with jalapeños, and when we got them neither had jalapeños on them.👎The drive thru guy has some problems as well.
