my friend and I went today for lunch. the chicken could have been a little warmer but good ordered a to go order. got home which is in Marion,found out the salad was missing. disappointed but dinner was ok.

Are you ever going to teach your cooks that there is a difference between rare and well? Everytime I order a steak they don't even get it close. I mean I'm spending 30 bucks on a steak the cook should know how to cook it right?

We were told 40 -50 minutes for waiting to be seated. 1 hour and 20 minutes later we had to ask about our seating. People were coming in after us and getting seated. When we asked he said it got lost so we didn’t get called. So rude. We wanted to get mixed drinks and were told they had no blender!? No apology !? Will not be back.

Stopped in for dinner on Saturday 11/23/24. Ordered the 12oz. Ribeye and ribs combo. The steak was one of the worst ribeye steaks I’ve ever had. Very tough. The ribs were awesome though!
Service was very good.
We’ll be back, but won’t order the ribeye steak.

Texas Road House is a beautiful thing. I have been to quite a few and you can tell they really care about making sure you have a consistent, positive experience, and the Marysville location is no exception. They can actually cook a steak properly, and I am not sure in all the times I have been there I have ever had something I didn't like. Consistent quality and consistent service is why I enjoy this place.

We order take out pretty often but the last few times have been less than ideal! Food isn't ready when it should be everything in one order was covered in applesauce. They always forget the condiments. My son was missing some of his food and this time no condiments or rolls!

This review literally hurts my soul. Texas Roadhouse is by far my favorite restaurant but todays experience was the most sub par experience I've ever had. I always get the same food, the filet is always good and normally cooked good but today, it the cooks failed.... My steak (and my wife and daughters) was over cooked and it took them way too long to bring the corrected steak back. While I waited for my corrected steak while the rest of our party ate I got to look around. The amount of dead bugs and dust built up on the window sills was quite repulsive. When I brought it to the attention of the service manager who brought my steak back out l, she didn't respond.... Our waitress Bree was at least attentive and apologetic and quite honestly gave me faith that my favorite restaurant hasn't gone completely down the drain. I'm hoping my next visit will redeem this locations reputation, because I truly love Texas Roadhouse.

So it started off as a good night, and I wanted to go on a date with my girlfriend while we scheduled online. And then we ended up waiting for over an hour and then you walked in, got told that our table would be another 15 minutes while it was another half hour, so we were waiting for an hour and a half to even get seated. We already knew what we wanted, so we went ahead and ordered our appetizer and food at the same time along with our waters. It took 12 minutes from the time that we were seated to get our appetizers, which is pretty good turnaround time. And then within 16 minutes of being seated, we got our main course. In that time we had nothing to drink because we did not get our waters until we had to ask our waiter again for them once we got our main course. During that time, we also observed a knife on the ground that easily 5 or 6 servers all walked right past. It finally took me mentioning to one of the servers that there was a knife on the ground and that they should probably pick it up. Next, the steak was a bit more rare than I asked it was more of a rare than a medium rare, which is ok because I like my steaks still kind of red, but the flavor just wasn't there. Overall, the experience wasn't the best ended up paying close to 60 dollars for 2 people for 2 steaks and spent about 2 hours of our life at dinner, when we were only in actually eating and waiting for our food, for a total of close to half an hour, so we spent 3 times as long waiting to be seated as it took us to order, get our food and eat and leave.

We were Alittle upset about the wait time coming here. Usually we only have to wait a max of 10 minutes but tonight we waited OVER an hour and a half when there was plenty of other tables available. There was only two of us so you’d think it wouldn’t take that long to get us in. The fact that there were parties of 4+ people getting in before us with not even 5 minutes of them being here was absolutely ridiculous. On top of the time that the Hostess told us our table would be ready, we had to wait an additional half hour. Overall just disappointed, please do better next time.

Outstanding service. Our server Tyler was so knowledgeable about the menu, kept drinks refilled, made sure we had what we needed, and made great suggestions. It is rare to see that exceptional of service, which was a pleasant surprise and made our dinner very nice. Food was good, pretty standard for what you would expect at a chain steakhouse. This restaurant also has a fun atmosphere that we enjoyed.

Called at 3PM for call ahead seating for a birthday dinner at 5:30. We arrive and they claim they don’t have us in the system and said it would be a 50 minute wait. Didn’t try to make the situation right or help at all. Unfortunately with small children we couldn’t wait and took our money elsewhere.
