I've been here twice now. Both times were due to terrible guest service failures at the Starbucks up the street. The Coffee Hall has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The drinks are great and better than anything I've ever received at Starbucks. They were busy both times I went and I received my drinks faster than waiting in the Starbucks drive thru. Very happy to find a great place with great service and great drinks.

There are coffee making shops, and there are drink mixing shops.

This is a drink mixing shop - an employee pushes a button to get a shot and then fills the cup with sugars and flavors.

I was hoping for a coffee making shop - where the coffee is made by a person instead of a computer.

The batch brew was good though.

We love the Coffee Hall! Breakfast sandwiches are so good, we love the jalapeno bagels! Our kids get breakfast wraps and say they're the best. Coffee is so good too! The staff is always super nice, too ?

i’ve only been to the coffee hall a few times and every time it’s absolutely packed and it’s totally justified. the staff are always a pleasure despite the rush, the atmosphere and vibes are immaculate, i’m planning my next trip around their busy time just to sit and enjoy it. their food and coffee is always so good, their breakfast casserole is my absolute favorite! and if that’s not enough they source locally so i never feel bad about where my moneys going. thank you Coffee Hall and Creamery!!
