I literally almost threw up when I took a bite of cold raw bacon this morning. Sadly this is the closest Tim Hortons to me I will gladly drive anywhere else then go back here.

I got a mocha ice capp which came practically white. I ask them to put more mocha in it. Said they did but color no different. Was basically nothing but a flavorless cup of foam.. not drinkable. Had to throw it away

Every time I come in there everybody's rude they don't know their sizes of their drinks and they don't try to help fix the order and then when you try to call back and complain they tell you they can't replace your order because they made a mistake

This place used to be the best. Lately though it has been very inconsistent. Many times my iced capp is more ice than anything. Also they rarely ask if I want whipped cream anymore. The staff are usually friendly and the donuts are consistently good so it's a mixed bag.

The drive thru staff is very rude and interrupt you as you're ordering. Asking you to repeat everything you say 4 times and still not getting it correct.

I received the most disrespectful ‘Bacon Everything Bagel Sandwich’. The sandwich was everything BUT bacon. FFS my grandpa could have gotten something stiffer than that bacon. Save yourself $7 and don’t buy it.
