For a chain donut place, you have gotta love Tim Hortons. This location is consistently good. I feel like you'll alway reliably get a good donut and coffee here. I'm really grateful that we have this as an option in Marysville. Dunkin is always inconsistent (and not even in this town) but you always know what you're going to get at Tim Hortons!

For some reason it wouldn’t let me do five stars on service. But, a friend and I went there an hour before close tonight to work on a midterm assignment for college, and Pam made the experience so enjoyable. She is incredibly kind, even serving us water unprompted and continued random acts of kindness toward us throughout our time there. She is an absolute sweetheart(:

Pam was so nice when my friend and I went there for our midterm. Made us feel completely comfortable and went above and beyond for us. She and the nice guy who closed were fantastic! :)
Large blonde female worker who appeared to be in charge made the experience horrible. She was griping the entire time; sometimes at staff and the other into the headset she was wearing. Referred to people as stupid, talking in a demeaning manner to staff. I thanked her when she called us up to pick up out food...no response. She seemed obviously to the fact that customers could hear every negative word she said. Customers COULD have heard positive comments also IF there were any. If staff retention is an issue, well I might know why.

Service was great, but something went wrong with the coffee. I got a black iced coffee with a shot of vanilla syrup. It tastes like cough syrup. Truly was undrinkable. It burned our throats in a chemically kind of way. The working theory is that this location's syrups might have gone bad. Never had a Tim Hortons experience like this before.

I ordered 6 double chocolate donuts. They were all very fresh. They do give a Senior discount here. There was a young lady sweeping the floor so I am happy with their attention to cleanliness.

In Canada, Timmy's is nearly always a well-oiled machine. Here in Ohio, it can be pretty hot or miss. The Marysville location has been my personal favorite since 2015. I have always felt like the staff has been pleasant at this location and customer service here has reminded me of my visits to Timmy's in Alberta, Canada. Keep up the good work ☺️
