Quality of food here is horrible. Seems like it’s always hit or miss mostly (miss). They have way too many young kids working in here. They don’t give a crap about anything, Only they care about is themselves and their EarPods. half the time they never greet you or give you a disgusted look. And for some odd reason, nobody can ever seem to follow the order in how things are made , which means you get food incorrectly . Most cases the food is not even hot and most of the time you have to sit here at least 10-15 minutes.

Food was great, was out pretty quick! My wife and I were on a road trip from Kentucky to Michigan and stopped for gas and a quick bite and seen this Wendy's! The atmosphere was nice, lots of people within the establishment willing to have a conversation with a stranger, it's nice to see as I like talking with people! Service was good! Only waited about 5 seconds for our cups after placing our order at the kiosk just inside the doors! If I lived closer I would visit this Wendy's more! Keep up the great work!

Wendy’s has really fallen off a cliff. You can’t order food here anymore without being told to park and wait for 15-20 minutes. Everytime. The employees have zero pride in what they do and management obviously dosnt care about a positive customer experience. This place used to be the fastest drive thru in town.

The breakfast chicken sandwich smells like propane or kerosene or something very unnatural. I took one bite and spit it in the trash. When I got home my wife smelled it on me and asked what I ate because it smelled awful.

Missing 2 orders of nuggets... ordered double bacon classic got a single.... ordered a double bacon big stack got a single .... ordered a jbc add ketchup and mustard ... got only ketchup and mustard on it ... this has happened before... this is the worse one

5 times in as many weeks, they have forgotten to give me items in my order that I paid for. This time was the worst! No extra large fry (ordered and paid for), no kids milk (ordered and paid for, very angry toddler), and 2 frosties (ordered and paid for!). This has completely turned me off of Wendy’s. This location has ALWAYS been slow but I like Wendy’s biggie bag deals value, and they do have good burgers (when you get them!) A previous order, was 3 double stack biggie bags. And I received one (1) burger!
I’ll be going to McDonald’s just down the road from now on. Faster and I get what I order and pay for. I will be submitting a complaint to corporate.

I went to Wendy’s craving some nuggets and fries only to be served extremely soggy and salty fries and soggy nuggets. I’m very disappointed, I would’ve expected this from McDonalds but not from Wendy’s smh

Location is odd now, where they put apartments and arms length distance. Food was fine but my issue was with the unfriendly drive thru workers. Made me feel like I was more of a bother than anything else. I didn't ask for anything specialized and didn't ask for anything extra at window. Not sure if they were having a bad day but there was no line backed up or anything. Not sure why they seemed like that.
