We like Wendy's for the occasional quick meal. I do not understand why they process your order - grab hot fries and put them on your little tray while we wait another 3 to 5 minutes to get our order behind drive thru customers. I'm ok with awaiting drive thru customers, just don't load fries to tray until entire order is done!!! Nothing worse than cold fries!!!!

There is a girl there named Julie and she was absolutely amazing. I’m a door dasher and it was a very bad tip night and this amazing girl gave me 20$. This just shows there really are good kind people out there! So treat your fast food workers with kindness and respect they really do work very hard!!! Thank you Julie!!!

Multiple times has this particular store gotten my food wrong, multiple times. Do not go through the drive through if you want your food to be correct.
Terrible customer service I didn’t get a item and and noticed when I got home and called 5 times to see if they could make it right somehow and none answered

Was amazed while I was standing in line the girl that was taking the gentleman's order in front of me stopped right in the middle of taking his order because it was time for her to clock out & just left him standing there for a few minutes until someone finally someone else took over the register....THEN after she clicked out she stayed behind the counter to help with the door dash orders & talked to her pop like it was her baby...if she had to clock out & leave the customer half way thru taking his order & yet hung around,in the way,to help with delivery orders....not very professional or polite....seemed like a lot of chaos going on instead of being smoothly run....will be finding a different Wendy's even if it is a little further from home
