The food is good for the price point and type of restaurant that it is. The service is the issue. The new AI only option of ordering is not worth the hassle. It's getting orders wrong, causing more time correcting them at the window than it would to have a human taking the order. The employees also agree. After talking to a couple of them and asking their options, they too dislike this new implementation. They not only have to correct the mistakes but hearing customers angry rants all day, isn't exactly what they signed up for. I'm also hearing that they are losing customers because they don't want to deal with this and have chosen just to drove away.

Everything was horrible about this wendys experience, staff was extremely rude when they acknowledged anyone and forced customers to use the kiosk . Food was terrible burger and fries tasted cold and old same as sandwich

Horrible experience, bunch of young kids working there just playing around, took forever to put the order together and when I finally got my food, the burger was cold and very messy, the fries were old and cold and they forgot the sauce for the nuggets and napkins, definitely don't go there at night.

AI ordering is absurdly bad. Never get a correct order, and NEVER have had it read or displayed back properly. Was overcharged by nearly $10 for this last (AND FINAL) order. Will not be going back.
Drive thru service was great! The young lady that took my order was very polite and kept up with my order. Did not need to repeat anything. Saying this we had a sizeable order for 5... Also the food was great as expected.

Wendy’s on the south side of town is always fresh!! The young man that takes our cash at the first window is such a joy! When he is there he entertains us with very clever dad jokes! We always look forward to having him there!
