Went to this establishment earlier today around 1120am 1130 ordered a chicken blt biggie bag and 6 piece nugget once I opened my sandwich I realized it was just a plain chicken mayo Lettuce sandwich i ended up going back through about 5 minutes later once I realized let the lady at the speaker know my sandwich was not correct she apologized and said she thought I ordered that plain chicken sandwich which I was extremely nice and understood I get to the window the manager comes up and ask if he can take the sandwich (which is cold at this point I showed him what it looked like) I took 1 bite out of it before I realized. And he said okay do you mind if I just put the extra stuff on that sandwich. I told him I do mind and I would like it made how it was supposed to be made the first time and thanked him. Just wanted to let corporate or the establishment know that the gentlemen who asked me that should have a lesson in food safety and what to do and not to do when orders get messed up. I used to work in the food industry we never take the food back we simply make the order correct fresh.

Would be nice to get a hot and juicy burger there. But Wendys doesn't do that anymore. Lukewarm and edible is about the best you can ask for. The people there were great and the place was clean. But as far as food, Wendy's is very low quality anymore.

I went to this Wendy’s late at 10 PM on a Friday night with low expectations due to the time of day. However, I was very pleasantly surprised at nice, attentive service from the lady at the window. At this hour the food was “made to order” which made me happy because I knew it wouldn’t be cold. I had a single with cheese and fries which were delivered to my car piping hot. It could have been my best Wendy’s experience ever due to that fact. I’ll definitely be back and this is one of the good locations.

The food had the traditional flavor, but wasn't as presentable as others Wendys I've visited across the country. I got a trainy cashier who I hope was only 1 or 2 days in for the lack of skill on the register. They were also the second from the bottom on speed of the Wendys I've stopped by this year. A nice well maintained lobby with the same cushion less seats as most; not all, of the others. We all have our bad days, and am to go again. It's hard to beat that $5 biggie bag!!

This restaurant is fast and accurate at completing orders. Fries are usually hot and fresh. The biggest issue I have is the quality and quantity of toppings on sandwiches. Why do I have to request tomatoes on sandwiches when every other Wendy's doesn't. When you do get tomatoes it is very thinly sliced and turns disgusting fast. Onion and lettuce are either perfect or you hardly get any. I miss leaf lettuce, I hate shredded lettuce on burgers

My hometown Wendy's (I won't say where to spare them the embarrassment) is famously slow, the food quality in the evening is at best mid, and ordering for my family of 6 is almost always missing things and/or customizations. THIS Wendy's though blew us away! Had everything fresh and correct. Even though it took a little bit, they were taking the time to get the order right and fresh (unlike back home who can't justify being so slow). I about forgot what fresh food and service from Wendy's was like. Thank you!

My BLT sandwhich had no tomato on it. I put no chicken or bacon on my salad and it came with both on it. I asked for 4X the amount of sour cream for the baked potato and they gave me none. The lady at the front counter was absolutely clueless and the manager was not helping her whatsoever with any of it.
