The AI ordering station crashed while ordering .... The actual person did great .... The food was good, but the French toast slider took some getting used to; the sausage, egg, and cheese were very good but the French toast "bun" was a bit too chewy for my liking. Should stick to what works, like actual people taking the orders.

First time going to White Castle and cashier didn’t take a name for the order so someone else took our meal. We didn’t know this for sure so we waited an hour and just decided it wasn’t worth sticking around for the food. The building has no music or anything to hold your attention for any time. The register is on the far side of the building from where you walk in and people have to wait where the line is so you don’t know who is in line. All in all we went to Macdonald down the road.

Food is usually great, no complaints there. The AI at the drive through needs to go though. I sat there sounding like an idiot repeating "Ok, Ready to Go" like it said over and over, and no human took over. I didn't wait terribly long, but what is the point? One less employee to pay? There's never anybody in line there, why do they need an AI to handle the almost nobody who's eating there?

Very poor.. they installed electronic voice in drive thru.. (not a human) couldnt get our order right.. kept adding items cause it couldn't understand. For 2 people they had 6 sodas and 6 fies and 12 sandwiches when all we wanted was 2 of each.. very disappointed.. will never go back there.. alot of people complained on fb about it..
We actually got carry out...passing through and found a white castle..it had been years since we had been at a white castle...awesome!!!!

As was expected a sub par place for food. Mainly for the late night crowd. Greasy and flavorless. I'd imagine decent food after a bender. Not all bad however, My first time ever to a white castle and the employees were very helpful in assisting me with decent options for a first timer.

Not going to lie, I love White Castle Whenever visiting family in Ohio I have to stop in and get some yummy sliders! This store (in the morning at least) is staffed with friendly folks who, unlike many in fast food, don't appear to totally hate their lives. The sliders were fresh and delicious and served with a smile.
