DO NOT Order cakes from here! The last 3 times in a row they have messed up our call ahead order. The first time they didn’t make the order at all The second time they only made on cake Today I went to pick up 2 large cakes. The manager on duty said our order didn’t have the size written down for one of the cakes so instead of calling me she made a large Buckeye and then a small of Buckeye & small PB cookie dough for the other cake 🤷♀️ When I asked about speaking to a manager about this continued problem she said she was the manager on duty and that is who I would get if I called and that I could maybe find the owners number online somewhere. The website claims to have online ordering…doesn’t work. The voicemail directs you to a website for online ordering..:doesn’t exist. We have loved Whits and have been getting our cakes for occasions there for years so have given them repeated chances. We will now be switching to Dairy Queen.
Delicious and the cone was large!
So Good! Whit's in Marysville always hits the spot. The custard is super creamy, the flavors are amazing, and the staff is friendly. Always a treat stopping by!
We are visiting from Minnesota, and have made two trips to Whit's! The frozen custard is awesome, with delicious flavors,
delightful staff and outdoor space to enjoy your frozen custard! Thanks Whit's for being a fun place to be in Marysville!

I went into Whits on the 28th about 2pm. There were people in line and only one associate working. She was taking orders, making their orders and filling the machines. When it was my turn I asked her if she was alone in the store...she said yes, she had been alone since 10am. This type of situation is ridiculous...only one associate in the store working hard to satisfy the customers. The associate should not have been alone. If no one else, including the owners, could come in...the store should have been closed and the associate should have been compensated...not the associates fault no one came in to provide support! This type of thing should not happen. I am very disappointed in Whits management/ owners!!!

Cool old building, custard and whitty's are good, but the staff is seemingly not trained well. Whitsers have toppings in the top half and none in the bottom. I have had about a 10% order failure rate due to poor communication register to back and back to handing out. I have gotten someone else's order that they said was mine and others have gotten mine. Maybe I was spoiled by the Whit's where we lived previously or just because Dairy Queen & Culvers doesn't have poor service/quality.

The custard is rich, creamy and delicious, and the staff is very friendly.
The ice cream is nothing special but glad it is here. I'd avoid the ice cream sandwiches they have in the front as they are stored too cold and use the wrong type of cookies so they are impossible to eat. They start as hard as a rock, especially the ones with the chocolate cookies, and then warm up into a mushy mess as the cookie doesn't have any structure and is too dense so your fingers go straight through into the ice cream. It tastes great but they need to fix the recipe to a better cookie.
Good people and frozen custard
